Came here on a Sunday night arrived at 10:30pm and ordered. 10:50pm I asked for a refund since they haven’t even started the drink yet and there was no one else at the window. All they gave me was a number to call for a return. Customer service was very poor at this location.

A long line of people was waiting to get there coffee, I actually decided to wait in line instead of the drive thru and it actually went faster. Be prepare to wait if you want there coffee. It was worth the wait.
Love they Caramelizer I get 2 a day it's better then Starbucks and price affordable and they rewards program is the best.

I have always been a Starbucks girl, but once I tried Dutch bros and experienced their efficient lines I was hooked! The coffee is delicious and they are super creative for seasonal drinks. I really am loving that so many are opening around town !
