This is my first time trying Dutch bros and thought the drinks were more water down/bland compared to Starbucks. Not sure if this is how it's supposed to be. Both the Golden Eagles & Dutch Mojito had a lot of ice (see photos) and tasted barely like what their description mentioned.Both drinks cost almost $10 and, in my opinion, not worthy of the cost. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and organized. The line moved quickly, and we didn't have to wait much, so 10/10 for the service, at least.Parking: Drive thru only. Location is next to Meineke Car Center.

This location is garbage. I ordered a large double torture mocha blended with an extra shoot of espresso. I got a drink with zero coffee. I ended up falling asleep and didn't get anything done. All the employees need to be re trained. Or stop talking so much. I was relying on dutch bros tonight, and they let me down. If i wanted a drink with no coffee, i would have stopped at Starbucks ????????????????????????????

This is our neighborhood DB and we love it! I'm there as soon as the plane lands for a freeze! Every flavor is amazing and I often get the featured item. Cold brew is fantastic. They use all the syrups and foam tops etc. The team here is amazing and deserves all the tips for being fast and accurate. The place is clean from what we can see. It's a drive through with double lanes and a walking attendant during peak hours.

Went here tonight in the early evening and no one answered at the drive-thru. Decided to try another nearby location -- this won't happen twice, right? Once I got to the second location, after the car in front of me pulled away, I stayed in the drive-thru for a few minutes and no one answered again. Never got to try the drinks I wanted but when the store hours are still well within opening hours, I'd expect someone to at least ask me to hold on for a few minutes if they're behind. That would be completely reasonable. Heads up -- maybe don't come when it's not busy? Personally, I won't be back cause coming up empty handed a third time would be crazy.

This is by far my favorite Dutch, not just because it's near me but also because ever since the first day coming here they have always made my drinks correctly! Every Dutch is extremely friendly sometimes too much for me ( because I'm shy)
The line was long when we got here but we got through quick. The gal taking our order was fast, efficient and friendly. Coffee was great too.

Worse experience ever. When you have over 8 cars trying to get coffee and you decide to have a conversation with the first car about what you did over the weekend. Pretty unfair to the rest of us waiting. Then for someone to come out, take your order walk toward you, stop turning around and the other employee who's supposed to take your order next in order goes to another vehicle shows a lack. Of customer service kills. The simple fact. Is treat people the way you want to be treated. Then to add insult to injury, when you call customer service it doesn't give you any options to leave a message call back number? Nothing just says they are not taking calls and hangs up on you, so why is it you can open your businesses for your customers? But your customers service department can't be brothered So let's say you open at 9. You mean to tell me your customers don't have any problems from 5 in the morning till 9 Very unlikely It makes no sense.
