Last day of a convention, took a client out to dinner, great food, great service. The whole thing was ruined by this guy coming up to our table (Wednesday/830pm/half full restaurant) whispering loudly "I have reservations waiting, should I ask them to wait, or are you ready to leave?"). Later we found out this was Richard, the GM. We were finishing our second drink, sat at 7:10, left a 30% tip, but we had paid and he wanted us gone. We wanted to go quietly, but he made the client was upset. Next day- all he could talk about was the rough treatment by this guy at Edge. Cannot recommend them for client dinners. Wow. In 35 years of taking people to dinner all over the world this was a real experience. Never again. Oh, and no one at the stand waiting when we came out. Worst experience I've ever had. Wow again.

Awesome food service and atmosphere, made reservations and glad i did , service was outstanding from the server as well as supporting staff , lobster was great, lobster bisque was not what I expected, more of a squash flavor than lobster but still very good, bread with sea salt butter was outstanding, wanted a twice baked potato but the mashed with garlic was very good option, Caesar salad was very good as well , my friends dessert looked amazing, history is very interesting, Elvis s private dining room with personal artifacts was very interesting, glad the Westgate is preserving the history, hope to be back soon, thank you.

Came here during a continuing education course and sat at the bar, the bartenders were welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be returning for the service alone.I grabbed a quick tapas before dinner with a drink.The beef Tartar was delicious, with gorgeous presentation.The bartenders were able to customize my drink to my preference and again beautiful presentation.
The atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable. We were greeted with professionalism and they made it a point to recognize our 20th anniversary. The food was delicious. The starter was the crabcake. Hands down the best we ever had. That being said we live in the Eastcoast and still the best. The beet salad was delightful and balanced well with the crusted goat cheese. The entree was the salmon which fell apart and melted in your mouth. My husband had the aged rib eye steak and was the best steak.

The entire experience was superb. From the moment we walked in we were treated like we were the only one's in the restaurant . The service was impeccable and the timeline between appetizers, soups and salad and main course was timed perfectly. The food was decadent and filled with flavor. We ordered oysters and steak tartare for an appetizer. I had the lobster bisque and my husband had the Caesar salad. Both were absolutely amazing. Edge makes this popover bread that is so delicious and light it's just heavenly. I ordered the tops sirloin and my husband had the rib eye with garlic purée potatoes. Again so much flavor and the roasted garlic made it so delicious. Desert was a crème brule. Beyond decadent but a balance of so many flavors just inexplicable deliciousness. We will be back. A definite yes for a date night.
The wait staff were very attentive, which made our evening very enjoyable. Loved the popovers! The only negative was that our filet mignons were a little over cooked. Instead of medium rare, they were more like medium to medium well.

We enjoyed our dinner at The Edge very much! We were seated in a cozy banquette And our service was wonderful. GM saw me perusing the wine list- Which is quite extensive- And acted as our sommelier and helped me choose a budget Friendly Coates du Rhône. The fillets were incredibly tender, and perfectly prepared.

We had dined here in December with friends from North Carolina and the U.K. and the experience was fantastic. So February 23rd I met Barry Manilow and attended the concert at The Westgate. It ran late, but everyone was so accommodating and we got in 19 minutes before they closed. Great service and food. Bar afterwards was super!

Food was very good, but the service was not. Our server, Raymond, was very inattentive and at times, curt. I wanted another cocktail after I finished my first and he was no where to be found. He walked by many times but never made eye contact. I did finally get a second cocktail but after my meal was served I waned a glass of wine. Again, never saw our server to get one. The back server, Maricella, was wonderful. When the table was cleared between courses all my wife's silverware was cleared and when she got her meal served she had no fork. We finally got Marcella's attention, since Raymond was not checking on anything, and she delivered silverware. Would not recommend Edge to anyone since they might get Raymond for a server and I don't want anyone's meal to be second rate.
If you are looking for exceptional service and a helpful waitstaff, this is the place to choose. The steaks were done perfectly. The popovers were a delightful surprise and the salad was served chilled and crisp. This was a perfect choice for celebrating my mom's birthday. She loved it as did I.

Great 5 star experience. Dry aged steak is well balanced with outstanding flavor. Service is impeccable while feeling very friendly. Overall experience exceeded my expectations, family including kids loved the place and food.

I know that after reading reviews, this by far was definitely the restaurant we wanted to try for our special dinner. What an excellent way to spend Valentine's Day with my love. The staff were super attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Our meal was prepared to perfection and is by far NOW one of our top three favorite restaurants. Thank you for the excellent dining experience! This is a must visit next time we are in Vegas!!

As always their food is excellent. My daughter is super picky about her steak and she said it was the best steak she's ever had. They cooked it perfectly. I am always super happy with the oysters. They are always fresh and delicious. I'm definitely sure we will be back again. It's our favorite place.
