I absolutely love Egg Works! The Rainbow location has the most happiest and friendly staff!I seriously love their pancakes better than the other big box supposedly known for theirs.The loco moco is my go to. Burger patties should always be ordered "done" because it is processed meat. They perfectly cook it still juicy and goes well with their brown gravy, rice and (please order the egg) over-medium eggs. Idk what the pineapple is for but coming from a born and raised in Hawaii guy, a pineapple served with the dish DOES NOT make it "Hawaiian". LOLTrust me and please have their banana bread/muffins!
Ok so I went here awesome spot, been to other locations but this one was cool. Server was awesome. I got yhe Chile relleno cause I do like them, but I was disappointed cause there was no flavor to it. The eggs where good and so was there potatoes but the Chile tasted like it was boiled and had no flavor and it wasn't stuffed with any cheese in side other then the one that comes with it. I had to see if any mexicans where cooking cause I would be disappointed on them lol ( relax I'm mexican ) well to make it short, don't get the Chile relleno...
The food is always great and I have never had bad service during my many visits to this place. I always bring my out of town guests whenever they come to visit me. I highly recommend this restaurant.

If I could give this place 10 stars I WOULD! amazing food amazing service and dog friendly which was GREAT! Kelly our server was exceptional! She's my new bestie! I had the chicken fried steak and eggs. Eggs were a perfect medium, which surprisingly a lot of places mess up on.. but NOT this place! It was perfect! The gravy was the perfect consistency and well seasoned. The breading on the chicken fried steak was perfect! We really enjoyed ourselves. And will for sure be revisiting every time we come to Vegas! HIGHLY recommend!❤️❤️
