This was good, but I'm not quite sure I get the hype. Ordered one bacon and one sausage sandwich with one order of hashbrowns. Both sandwiches were solid although pork sausage would've been a huge upgrade from the turkey sausage offered. Hashbrowns were actually very good and the only thing I would come back for if there was no line. The line was very long but moved fairly quickly. Maybe my expectations were too high from other reviews, but I thought it was only slightly better than many other comparable breakfast places.

Visiting Vegas, always busy, long line. Wait time probably 30min and food wait time probably 15min. Which isn’t bad. Bacon sandwich seemed to be lacking any chipotle, just tasted like straight ketchup. Would love to come again to try their other options

Been here multiple times now on different Cosmo stays. So so overrated and disappointing. You wait in a long line to order a weird egg/mashed potato thing in a jar or get a sandwich on admittedly very nice brioche buns, but the insides are lukewarm and the cheese is unmelted. The hashbrown bites are very good but they were also room temperature.Same issue I had at Beauty and Essex the night before.Go next door to District. Do not bother with this place. It's gone downhill.

I had really high expectations of this place so that’s probably why I’m rating it a 3/5. I’m also from NY and have had many breakfast sandwiches in my day. Hashbrowns were def 10/10 though! Breakfast sandwiches are a bit overhyped

I find it very difficult to understand the hype and long queues for this place.My Fairfax seemed to not have the onion in it. The turkey sausage was dry and chewy. The sandwich had the egg very pushed to one side. The hash browns were excellent but 2 were stuck together so not properly cooked, which at that price and quantity is bad.Not worth the money and definitely not worth a wait.

The line was quite long and we waited for about 25 minutes to place our order. After that, it didn‘t take long for us to get our two ham and cheese sandwiches.The offer a gluten free bun which is quite good.
Had to try it! The food was good, hash browns were the best! Delicious orange ? juice, we shared the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Light on the egg, but tasted great.
Fairfax sandwich is superstar of the brunch. Egg salad sandwich was good too. Biscuit was very hard and probably the flop item today. Mimosas were good. Service was quick. But they were gracious enough to exchange biscuit with hash browns after we complained and hash-browns were good.
