Employees have terrible customer service and have no idea how to talk to people. Then they got the nerve to ask for a tip. I will never ever go back to this establishment as long as I’m alive no matter how good the bagels are

The place is just okay depending on who is behind the counter really makes or breaks your experience there I just can't believe the audacity of a place to almost pull the card reader out of socket trying to get it out the window just so I can give them a tip through the drive-thru that is so wild to me why are you asking for a tip if I didn't even dine in? That is way out of order I'm already overpaying for the bagels and I will accept that and I accept that if I eat into a place then I will leave a tip but if the readers of the comments could see the fire in my eyes when they asked me to input a number at a drive-thru window?Edit: the man who works the drive-thru window in the morning on the weekdays is very pushy when it comes to tips he acts as though the customer owes him something and will not hesitate to give you a disapproving look if you give a low or no tip,which is precisely the reason why he doesn't get any from me I come there almost every morning before work and he's making me want to not come there used to be a nice guy who wore glasses that work in the morning but ever since this other guy came it just makes the whole situation uncomfortable

Using the vacuum while I’m eating is pretty inconsiderate.Vacuums tend to blow a bunch of dirty smelly air.Was 1:00 pm and I did ask him to please not to it but he continued

Food has always been great but a handful of times the service has been bad. From long wait times, when they are slow, to mistakes with orders. I have eaten here on my own and also used them to provide snacks for company meetings.
I ordered 2 raisin bagels and they gave me cinnamon. I have called this location many times to report the error and I can never reach anyone, the recording keeps repeating itself. Very disappointed that I made the trip to the store and it was a complete waste of my time. I think the person who took my order for the drive-thru was new and didn't know what he was doing. After repeating myself multiple times I drove up to the window to place my order and he still got it wrong.
