Good taste is good. Disappointed they took my favorite item off the menu. I tried something new that it's supposed to have chicken in it and in the whole burrito only had like 3 cubes of chicken it was just beans and rice. I don't think I'm coming back. This is nothing against the location or the employees, it's disappointing to see how much corporations cut down on customer retention for profit. It was good while it lasted.

Drive Thru, the portion of the 3-piece chicken was very small compared to other Pollo Loco locations, plus the half-closed sauces were spilled on the napkins, all in a hurry from the guy who gave me the order, and The line was only 3 cars long, I don't recommend Rainbow location, better go to *Decatur- Flamingo, *Sahara-Eastern, *Sahara-Decatur, or *Eastern and Tropicana, the chicken portions are bigger

I enjoy El Pollo Loco, but their prices are out there now, my usual lunch is a chicken breast, small Loco salad, and a small drink. It used to be $5.53. Now it's $13.68. This restaurant is always out of chicken yesterday I went and they were actually out of rice. How does El Pollo Loco run out of chicken all the time.
Absolutely the worst. Wen inside to eat and they have a auto-terminal to order. I had a question and absolutely NO ONE there went to the trouble of acknowledging I existed after several repeated ""Ummm I have a question??" attempts. Strongly suspect no one there actually spoke English. Avoid.

Today I drove to El Pollo Loco and I entered the drive-thru to order some chicken. They informed me that they are out of Bonin Chicken! I asked them why you did not put a sign that you are out of the main bone in chicken at El Pollo Loco, that people are not stuck in the drive-thru behind other vehicles! She side “If you do not like to bad!!! No apology, zero customer service and no manager available! The owner of the El Pollo Loco probably likes what the employees attitude!!!! Not recommended because of poor customer service and careless ownership! 0 Star Rating.
