This location is unhelpful and rude. El Pollo Loco app is not working properly and now 2x in a row, they have received my order properly. The app messed up and they were unwilling to help. Been coming for years and now will NEVER return. Deleted app and will never be a customer here again.

This was our first time eating here, and it was amazing! The staff was friendly, and the food was great! The prices are reasonable. If you are vacationing in Vegas make sure to stop by for lunch or dinner. Well worth it!Parking: You can just find a spot and park. That easy!Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and no need to worry about bringing them.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and easy out with ramps

I’ve eaten more el pollo loco than most. In fact my experience today led me to find out how much to the dollar amount. I’ve been on a diet lately and my favorite chicken avocado burrito doesn’t fit the bill especially with the insane sodium content 1990mg. But today I was in a rush and couldn’t get to the place that I’ve relied on for my diet. I called it a cheat day. My issue is the cost and how it has steadily risen. I was able to look up my transactions from this specific location and I can clearly see how this burrito went from 10.61 in 2022 (still ridiculous for a single burrito) to today at 11.37. But hey that’s just 76 cents right? No biggie? Yeah except the burrito was at least 30% smaller. Tortilla wrapped around the thing like twice. I suppose it’s a silver lining. This means I ate 30 less sodium and calories at a penalty of 76 cents. Serves me right I guess.

Never being in this place didn't know you have to use the new system they have to order , I saw employees in the corner talking no one told there I have to use the machine to order till a costumer mentioned to do it.

The worst is the staff, they don't help you with anything, they just say go to the computer and as if nothing is happening, very bad customer service, the worst, and it's not the first time, this store is always the worst, dirty, all the tables, they treat you very badly when you receive the proof to be able to make a feedback you do not have the number to be able to do the worst

I'm speechless. Worst Pollo Loco location ever, with the most terrible management and staff. This location is full of rude, incompetent, and disrespectful employees who are clearly miserable with their job of choice. But again, what can you expect, from a manager that's always moody and lacking customer service skills. I went to this location around 9-10pm and was greeted by a Hispanic young male in his early twenties. When ordering he was making faces and when asked for more avocado sauce he simply grabbed the sauce and threw it into our car. I have never experienced such a thing. Never go to this location, unless you want sauce thrown at you inside of your vehicle.

Employees were rude, snappy, especially the older lady with short hair. I think she was the manager. Also, the kiosk are a pain to use especially if you have survey coupons, but the lady was quick to tell me I must use it in a rude tone as she walked away. The menu prices were not the same as what was posted on the glass, and when I asked about this, the lady rudely told me the prices will go back up once they take the stickers off the glass. Food was good restaurant was fairly clean, but I won’t be back.

The food is good at this location, the only problem workers here work soooo slow. While I was waiting for food I wondered how was the attendant even hired. She was slow, very slow. Please hire people who do not come to work just for money but workers who come to work to make money but driven with passion of what they do at work.
