I give the food a 10/10, but avoid this place at all costs during peak hours. From the time we arrived it took literally 55 minutes to get served our drinks. We were also asked to move from our table because other patrons who arrived at the same time as us had a reservation.... So ultimately, the service was disappointing, but WOW the food made up for it.

Busy place for lunch. Always fresh. Chef is very creative. You will enjoy trying traditional sauces and food mixes offered.

100% give this place a try. Do it! I came with a friend who has spent many summers in Taiwan, and he said it literally felt like he'd been transported back to there. We got the dan dan noodles, lu rou fan, scallion pancake with onion dip, and one more dish that I can't remember. But honestly everything was so good... this is the place to go if you're looking for truly authentic, well-done Taiwanese eats. It's a fairly humble setting within a strip mall and small store space but the food is worth it. Service / hospitality is lovely as well, nothing fancy but people are very friendly. TL;DR come to this place to try amazing Taiwanese dishes! Sometimes there'll be a slight twist to the dish (e.g., the onion dip that comes with the scallion pancake) but more often it'll just be traditional food cooked incredibly well. 1000% worth a visit.

Stopped in on a whim for lunch and had a great experience here. The food was great, price point was better and just loved the fact that the restaurant feels very warm and homey. We enjoyed a roasted chicken bowl and dan dan noodles. We actually got a combo that included a green onion pancake (the dip was fire). We had unsweetened iced teas that were fresh as well. This is very mom and pop vibes with ordering once you enter and sitting and waiting. The restaurant was clean, everyone was friendly, and most of all - the food was delicious. I'm actually still craving their dan dan noodles and look forward to trying more items on their menu!

Not gonna lie, I was the most excited to visit this restaurant on this trip! Have heard so many good things and I was missing home - Cucumber Salad: so refreshing and appetizing! Love the sesame chili oil with a nice kick - Scallion pancakes: we got both of the dipping sauces and I loved the French onion dip! The pancakes were fried PERFECTLY, crispy and lots of layers. - Dumpling soup: such healing chicken broth and the dumpling had nice QQ skins and packed with meat! - Dan Dan noodles: traditional taiwanese style Dan Dan noods with sesame sauce that packs some heat and the noodle was so good! - Roasted chicken lu rou fan: huge fan of their lu rou fan! So flavorful and a great balance between lean and fatty meat. The chicken was juicy with a crispy skin ugh delicious - Pork chop : amazingly fried pork chop! I also loved the bamboo shoots it came with, reminded me of home! - Pork Ribs : had to give this a try and it was sooo flavorful! It falls off the bone and went so well with the rice! They also have a great selection of tea and drinks - overall such an awesome spot, definitely a local gem and would love to come back again

This place is great! The couple who own it are sweet and run a great business, although its clear they are overloaded. The service was slow but we almost didnt mind because of the great vibe from the host. The food was overall ok. It had great texture, was fresh, and the taste was good, it just felt like it was missing something.

Trips to Vegas really do change as you get older. This time around, my visit was solely for food. Our whole day revolved around where we were eating. That's twice a day. Two meals a day is just the right amount. We consulted an eater list and legitimately picked our favorites from said list and made a reservation at the places that let us make a reservation. We decided to kick off our long weekend here. We left considerably early for a Thursday morning thinking there'd be traffic seeing as it was a holiday weekend. Fortunately for us there was no traffic at all. We even made a pit stop after realizing we'd make it to Vegas far before this place opened. We got there with about 15 mins to spare so we got the party started. The best way how - by lighting a j to work up an appetite. I had just put it out when I noticed someone opening the door. We all sprung up right quick and walked in just as Jenny was setting up front. She was even surprised that people were waiting for them to open. Their system is exactly what I prefer. It's the same in Portland. It's basically pay then find a seat. Jenny overheard us discussing what to get and decided to holler out loud that we would be better off and save monies if we ordered the special where you get 3 items. That's exactly what I opted for. I also got the matcha latte. You get a free drink if you check in on Yelp. WIN. Every dish that got dropped was a a hit. We couldn't believe our luck that our first meal was that good. The whole table agreed that the wings was the clear winner. It was definitely our favorite. Don't even get me started on the service. Jenny was the best. She even remembered our names. Who even does that anymore? She runs the place with her award winning husband Sheridan Su. What a duo they make. He's out back making all the dishes while she takes care of the folks out front. They only work 4 hours a day so that they can spend the rest of the day with their son. A true testament to how great this place is was the amount of people that dropped by to dine in or pick up a to go order. I swear there was never a quiet moment the whole hour we were there. It was always busy. This is definitely the kind of local gem that I would keep going back to. They're doing things right. Thank you Jenny for such an amazing meal.

Living in South Orange County; and driving to Las Vegas for the weekend, I was looking forward to having lunch at Every Grain. Metaphorically speaking: "The Boss Meal, Pork Ribs Lu Rou Fan, and scallion pancake, was a pearl oyster experience ~ a lot passion and mastery found in every bite from my chopsticks!" Much love and aloha to restaurateurs, Jenny and Sheridan!

The pork ribs lurou fan here is a standout - some of the best spareribs I can remember having in recent memory. I usually like ribs with sauce, but the spice rub on these ribs is fantastic. The dan dan mian here was also decent - I might be a bit biased since I'm used to Sichuan-style dan dan mian, but I thought the version here could have used just a little extra punch of spice and nuttiness. Counter-service but they make everything to order, so not particularly speedy. Worth the wait though! 4.5/5 overall

Every Grain is the definition of a hole in the wall. I never would've expected such fantastic food just passing by a place like this. The Spanish Coffee was perfect with just the right amount of sweetness. The Dan Dan noodles were delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly with crispy skin. Also, the pork chops were soft and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside... LOVED THIS PLACE.

Came here for lunch one day and this was one of the best meals I've had in Las Vegas. Incredibly simple but done very well their rice bowls with chicken or everything you'd hoped it would be and more. With a very limited menu you would think that you would be disappointed but each item is so perfectly prepared it just hits the spot. My only criticism which I didn't even put in my star review because the food was so good was that we ate inside and waited 40 minutes for our meal. Because it's a small operation expect to wait longer. Pro tip call and order and pick up. It's fun to eat inside in the location but it's really nothing special and very casual eatery.

Amazing food by an amazing couple! Flew in from SF and was our second stop! The Dan Dan noodles and scallion pancakes and tofu salad are a must!

Came upon this gem on Vegas eater.com Quite the mom and pop shop but service was still impeccably quick and friendly. You order at the counter and seat yourself. We had the scallion pancake, mom's pork ribs with added eggs, and Dan's Dan Dan noodles. They do such a clean, consistent presentation of all the dishes. Everything looked aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Scallion pancake was crispy and came with a unique french onion chili oil dip. Dan's Dan Dan noodles were flavorful - if you like sesame noodles and savory minced pork, you'll love this dish. About the size of a small pho, it packs a filling punch - I initially thought I would still be hungry so I ordered the pancake. Mom's pork ribs, served with their unique blend of rice grains, some of their minced pork and a sprinkle of edamame & chili oil bamboo shoots. We added extra eggs - these come perfectly medium boiled. The pork ribs themselves were absolutely delicious - meat was tender and soft. They do pack a slight tingling spice so maybe not for the spicy intolerant. We also ordered a large Vietnamese coffee - intense per usual. If you check in on Yelp, they do have a BOGO drink offer. Overall, it was a delectable, filling meal and our tummies are satisfied would come to visit again!

I had the Roasted chicken with rice. Most folks would rather complain about a business and/or some form of personal agenda; Stars, Status, etc. However this self-proclaimed-gastro-glutton felt obliged to smash some key strokes. Ordering and pickup was quick, not to mentioned they apologized for not being able to cater to dine-in due to unforeseen technical mishaps. The establishment is quaint and well lit; menu items are simple and not overwhelming. Once my food was ready, they asked if I wanted hot sauce; it was 'homeMade' and OMG is it good. (Erick it's too hot for you, ^_*) This is a dense packed meal, cute rounded container and filled to the brim. The chicken is moist while the skin is crispy; luckily is half a hen so I was able to have my fill of Taiwanese nostalgia. The Lu Rou Fan (minced pork w/ rice) is not your mom's recipe. The pork & sauce is just savory enough with a hint of sweetness. The Rice.....oh the blend of rice, for the record, it IS: "...Koshihikari, Forbidden Black Rice, Lundberg Farms Brown Rice and Red Rice..." - If there was healthier rice, they would have added it; lives up to their namesake. Yes there was plenty of rice, paired with bits of edamame, pickled cucumber, and half an egg; reminiscent of bento boxes one would enjoy on a train ride from Taipei Main Station. Looking forward to sharing some tea and most of all; chomping through the rest of the menu.

Easily the best Hainan chicken rice I've ever had. It was amazing. The Liu rou fan was also very good, but the Hainan chicken stole the show. I want to come back for the Dan Dan noodles, sesame noodles and fried onion cake. This place is a sleeper spot, looks unassuming , but the dishes are high quality, affordable, and super tasty. Highly recommended !
