The staff were very friendly and helpful. The potatoes, broccoli, paella and beef were great. Unfortunately, my lamb was undercooked and I could not eat one of the lamp chops as it wasn’t cooked on the inside.

Very bad food, I threw more than half of it in the trash. meat, more than half of it is fat, rice looking like a paste. and beans look like sugar has been added. . This is definitely not Brazilian food. I'm Brazilian and I can say by far that this was the worst food I've ever eaten. The food is cheap. Increase the price to increase the quality!

I can’t believe I didn’t check the reviews before! It would avoid a huge disappointment.I ordered the two choices of meet plate (chicken and picanha), $16, but as soon as I tried the steak (picanha) I felt a weird flavor. It was real picanha, but the flavor was like the meat was almost spoiled. Chicken was ok. Platano was fresh, but the “paella” rice was disgusting and not fresh at all.I hope people understand that food is NOT authentic brazilian food. Only good thing was the Brazilian Guaraná can (a very popular soda in Brazil) for $2.50, a good price for it.

Great experience here. The beef was delicious and the service was good. Also tried all the grilled meat they had and was pretty alright!

My wife and I ate here each of the three days we were in Vegas. As far as we were concerned the food was great! Nicely seasoned, excellent flavor, and a nice change from the normal food court fair.Dietary restrictions: My wife is gluten free, and this menu offered GF options that did not feel like you were compromising at all

I could not go ahead with my purchase. This was definitely not brazilian food, nor atmosphere. This was actually an insult to Brazil. It gives a very wrong impression to whoever is not a Brazilian with a mix of mexican drinks, and whatever foods from anywhere but Brazil. Do not recommend.

Unfriendly, chicken wasn’t season, rice wasn’t brazilian rice, steak was okay, skip.

the food is terrible zero salt in everything and they give you a pill sized salt packet for the entire plate and food is horrible and is doesn't taste Brazilian at all (im Brazilian) just don't recommend it to anyone it's terrible they cook food and no spices or nothing it's just food and a mini packet of salt

It's in the food court at the Venetian, doesn't appear to be anything fancy at first. Then the orders came out and wow! Beautifully presented meat and delicious! I had something called the Tudo X burger, and it was this monster combo of a double burger with several of the usual toppings plus an egg and sausage on top, all held together with a wooden skewer. Perfect, moist, flavorful, amazing. They had a couple of chicken entrees also. Next day we had something completely different called a surfer bowl, which was no meat, it was pineapple and several other fruits I don't know what they were, and gelato.

Also, it’s always nice when the people who work there enjoy their jobs, and you could tell they were proud of their products.

Go here for a burger like no other. The Single X Tudo ($11.99) is a unique combo, a burger, cheese, egg, sausage and onion. Lose the lettuce and tomato, though. With the ridiculous prices restaurants on the Strip charge, this is a burger bargain! And it's great that the churrascaria concept has a fast food option now. While a burger at a churrascaria may seem like a stretch for a burger aficionado, others will find Fire of Brazil's burger a welcome offering in an otherwise all too common , formulaic, cleverly crafted theme restaurants with pasta, steak and seafood themes that overpopulate the "Grand Canal."
