Similar to a place named Arcade pizza in Cleveland Ohio. Didn’t get the pizza got chicken Parmesan and lasagna, for something open late other than fast food it was ok. That garlic bread tho yall funny af for that ?? try actually toasting it and real garlic butter next time

This is a horrible Pizza place, do not waste your TIME and MONEY here!! The orders from time you order to the time you receive it will be over 1:30 minutes!!! The receipts ETA is not correct, and if you call to get an ETA, they are rude, take forever to answer , and will tell you to call the business... which I did! Rude service, horrible ETA

This place has a 3 star rating on Postmates so they made another restaurant under "Balla Italian Soul" (which is not available on Postmates) & included fake pictures. I'm glad I googled the address before ordering because they are NOT the restaurant located in the Sahara like they pretend to be. They should be shut down after all these terrible reviews & shady business practices.

Everything was over cooked. Mozzarella stick with no Mozzarella, jalapeno poppers, with no jalapeno or cheese. Burnt zucchini sticks the whole meal was horrible. And the rest was nothing to brag about. I will not recommend this place or be ordering again.
If I could give 0 stars I would , my order was held for ransom because of no tip when I payed a reasonable delivery fee ! The driver stated in what world would I get my order fully if I didn’t tip which is the most disgusting intitled thing over heard Ina min ??? then I call the store to tell them what happen and I get rushed off the phone and hung up on as if I’m the issue , you can tell they could give a f less about there reputation To top it off food was disgusting waste of 80$ kids all starving spent my last in this meal .

Wish I could give this place a zero star. Waited an hour and a half for cold pizza that tasted horrible a 12 piece wing that was basically just bone. Like put this place out of business I feel completely taken advantage of

Everything was overcooked. Mozzarella sticks with no mozzarella, jalapeno poppers with no jalapeno or cheese. Burnt zucchini sticks. We spent almost $60 and none of the food was worth it.

I came in at 3 in the morning and bought zeppoles, Pizza, and a cannoli. Pizza was hot and ready, zeppoles were good but only at night for some reason, cannoli was pretty good.
