Very very slow to bring the meat compared to my other visits, I have been without meat for 40 minutes and the dessert I lost count of the waiting time, I don't know what is happening, it was my favorite restaurant, I felt bad all the time I gave it a star because there is no 0

Very busy on the day we went. They will sneak extras into your table and not explain that its not included so ask. Like mineral water. I felt they didnt bring out the best meats. I onpy saw a few. Chicken and Pork redundently and the steaks sample were not the best. They stopped visiting our table and we just assumed it was time to go. Ive been to these steak houses before. I will not go to this one again. service and food is not what I expected.

Not our first time in that chain but this one one very disappointed. We didn’t have enough verity coming by our table and the salad bar was half empty . We asked specifically for medium well but when ever the server comes to us we got rare or over well done .

Great table service with excellent variety of meats. Love the lamb! The bananas remind me of the bananas my mom would make when I was growing up. Excellent salad bar and side dish options but I suggest leaving room for the main event: the variety of cuts of meat that are served table side. Sample and figure out what you enjoy most.
All you can eat for 70$ not that bad, actually the buffet includes smoked salmon, so easy value. Chicken was tender, most of the meat was little burnt, so the meat flavor was overshadowed by charcoal flavor. All in all ok, but stay away from the booze trollies, they're total ripoff.

Got invited for dinner, lucky enough we had the Wagyu beef option. My first experience, enjoyed every moment. You first take your plate to the salad and vegetables buffet where you will also cold cuts and cheeses. Once seated, you flip the token to green and the waiters come with different type of meat. We had the chance to have “Wagyu New York Strip” and “Wagyu Ancho(Ribeye)”, which came on a hot pink salt rock. Beef, lamb, chicken and sausages were all very well seasoned and delicious. I had a Crème brûlée and a glass of Oban 14 scotch for dessert, which concluded this night perfectly!
The best steak ? in vegas, salads are wonderful
