Wait isn't worth it anymore.. Food is alright. I heard they serve similar if not exact foods at Pk oyster bar with no wait. In the line you're tempted to gamble to kill time and it just smells like cigarettes all around :(

Loved my combo pan roast, oysters were good & so was the clam chowder. Line was long af, but worth the wait. Will definitely go back soon.

Purely based on the food, had the Pan Roast Combo and the Bouillabaisse. My cousin and I tried both so to the alluded combined the dishes. I do admit I would rank the mixture of the soups 1st and then my second favorite was the Bouillabaisse (by itself). The creaminess of the soup was really delicious for the Bouillabaisse but after awhile, it gets heavy so the combo of that plus the Pan Roast made it lighter. I also ended up liking the seafood quality of the combo more, the shrimp was a decent size and had an awesome chewy texture (better quality or better texture than the Bouillabaisse). The service was great for what it was. I admit that the place is small and there was 1 chef cooking the whole time and serving, and 1 hostess who also served as hostess, bus boy/girl clearing and cleaning tables plus server. I kind understand the small spot and small there, there was a 3 rd staff but wasn't sure if her role as much, but wanted to say props to the hostess/bus girl/server for wearing so many hats. Not a full 5 stars as I found the food a bit on the salty side but that could me.

Really good seafood and great service. Convenient and clean. We love it! Looking forward to our next visit!

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. This place is over hyped, creates artificially long lines and doesn't have the common courtesy to check the lines to advise underage guests and consider smaller parties. Go to Briggs seafood. It's an actually restaurant--not a bar--and get your money's worth.

We read a lot of reviews on this place, and the one thing we worried about the most was the wait time. Not sure if we were just lucky, but we had 0 wait time. We walked right up to the bar (granted it was 8:30am on a Wednesday morning). The employees were great. They got food out quickly and were nice and polite. The food was exactly what the reviews had said. It was amazing! We were mainly there for the oysters, and got a couple cups of clam chowder as a side. None of it disappointed! The clam chowder was so creamy and delicious and the oysters were so fresh and had a great texture! I threw some franks hot sauce with some lemons - so good! Water seemed nice and filtered also which is always a nice bonus. We had seen a picture of Oyster Bar online so we kind of knew what to expect, but we didn't realize quite how small it was going to be, and it's just in the middle of a bunch of slots and tables. It was plenty big for the amount of people that were there at the time, but I can definitely see why the wait times can get so insane. Definitely going to come back to this place every Vegas trip I take.

The hype is real!!! I've been to Vegas at least 6 times and have always wanted to try this place. Last week, I made it a point to come and was lucky the wait was only 15 mins at 9:45 PM on a Thursday night. We ordered their pan roast, oysters, and the bouillabaisse. The bouillabaisse was our favorite and was filled with seafood. We got level 8 spicy but it wasn't spicy enough for us. Will take it to level 10 next time! The experience of sitting at the counter and watching the chef cooking our food in front of us was awesome. We will definitely come back!!

Yum yum yum! Long lines depending on time you go bc limited seating at the counter only venue. But get it to go if u want. Parking is free & it's not a mile hike through the casino (there's an entrance near by)... bon apatite!

This spot will always be near and dear to me. Many many many times I have waited in their loooooong lines to have a seat at the bar and taste their amazing dishes. When I lived in Vegas, I always made sure to bring friends who were visiting to this place. The wait is worth it people!

**Worth the Wait!** In the spirit of full transparency, we made it to the Palace Station Oyster Bar and after seeing the line of patrons stretching around the wall's corner, my friend and I devised our next best plan. We opted for a snack & nap, set our alarm(s) for 4 AM, and then ventured back. Even before 5 AM, there was a line, but it was manageable! We waited for about 30-40 minutes and I tell you what! We were rewarded with some of the best food, and we've lived in and New Orleans. WHO DAT! I did not get to have it, but I looked over at someone's bowl and screamed out "That's real gumbo!" That's a rarity outside of New Orleans-- or my own kitchen [for me]. While I usually seek out plant-based options, I knew this was an occasion to enjoy food just as it's prepared. I indulged in their creamy chowder and, beyond the oysters, I had a bowl of Dirty Chowder that forever changed my culinary perspective. Just kidding--but seriously, the food was exceptional. A few notes: - You're not waiting for a "restaurant"; you're waiting for an experience at the bar, an oyster and seafood feast that's well worth the wait. [Insert indiscreet tripod foldable stool, here.] - Go hungry! The food is not only great but also filling, making for a perfect "catch-up", eat, and re-group meal. - Enjoy the time, engage in conversation, eat, relax, but remember to be courteous. Think back to your wait experience and be kind. - There are [strategically] placed blackjack and other game tables along and facing the waiting line. Bring cash, and if the line had been longer, taking turns waiting would be a smart move. Just wonderful. I wish I had taken pictures... but I decided to enjoy the food and company.

I came here on my last day in Vegas, and it was a great last meal. It's basically a bar inside a casino, and there are only about 12 seats available. We got lucky and only had to wait for a few minutes, but I've heard the line can get really long. I had the pan roast and it was awesome. It's like a really, really good tomato bisque. I feel like that description doesn't do it justice... the seasoning is perfect and the amount of seafood is incredibly generous. The price is also quite reasonable, especially for the amount of seafood given. Each dish comes with a roll, and I really enjoyed dipping the bread into the pan roast.

Be prepared for a LONG wait, and when I say LONG, I mean about 3 hrs. I have heard the wait can be about 6 hours, but it all depends on what time you go. The reason it takes so long is because they only seat about I think 12-15 people at a time, and they make the food when you sit down and order. The food comes out fresh from the pot. Anyway, besides the wait, I enjoyed everything else about the place. The servers & cook were awesome, very welcoming, and friendly. I loved that we were able to see them cook our food in front of us. * Oysters - they were not skimpy, big portion of protein for that tiny oyster shell * Palace pan roast - delicious, with so much flavor * Bouillabaisse - I would choose this over the pan roast because it was full of seafood and had so much flavor. The seafood was not over cooked, thank you for that. && I actually had big lobster pieces in my dish, which was delicious. I would definitely recommend to at least try it once. I know the wait is discouraging, but hopefully you get lucky in going at a good time

My friends and I stopped by the Oyster Bar in Palace Station last weekend, and despite the 1.5-hour wait, our experience was well worth it. The wait time is understandable given the popularity of this spot and the number of diners. We ordered the Palace Pan Roast and the Linguine Shrimp Scampi. The Palace Pan Roast, served with a side of rice, was so delicious. The flavors were phenomenal, and if you like a nice kick, they're happy to make it spicier upon request. Instead of our usual extra order of rice, we decided to switch it up and ordered extra noodles, which we added to the pan roast - and it was a game-changer. The Linguine Shrimp Scampi was equally impressive, bursting with flavor and juicy shrimp. Despite the wait, every bite was worth it. I'll definitely be returning to the Oyster Bar every time I visit Vegas.

Simply delicious! My one request for this trip to Vegas was a visit to the Oyster Bar for their combo pan roast. To me, this dish tastes like Indian butter chicken curry but with seafood. I love that you can customize the spice level and a 5 (medium) was perfect for me. I almost finished my whole bowl! The shrimp were amazingly cooked perfectly--plump and juicy! No wait for us because we went for an early breakfast at 7:30 am. The bar was nearly full already! I could eat here at any time of day. Service was prompt and courteous. Next time we want to try the other dishes! And there will be a next time!

Please think of new ideas to expedite the line. Less than 10 people in line should not take 2 HOURS!
