I ordered the asada taco and it definitely lacked seasoning , also a kids cheese quesadilla that had no cheese , my daughter didn’t finish it either it’s definitely overpriced for the food quality.

Atmosphere was ok, a bit dark where you can't really see what you're eating which is probably for the best. It's advertised as authentic "Mexican" food! That's far from the truth. Nothing authentic or even close to. I ordered the nachos with chicken. It was mostly bitter tasting corn chips with some guacamole mess, hardly any cheese and a piece or two of tasteless, day old texture chicken, and some mushed up tomatoes mimicking salsa.The guest with me ordered the steak tacos with came with a side of rice and beans. The rice was decent. No comment on the "steak" tacos. Also ordered the quesadilla. I could have made better at home. Very disappointing!Needless to say, we will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone! I suggest you name this place as "wannabe Mexican food"!

The food was warm and delicious. The cabeza mini taco was spot on. The carne asada plate was flavorful. The lemonade with chia was fresh and delicious as well. Definitely will be back!!!

Gabby (maybe Gabi) helped us tonight, and she was super kind and helpful. Fast and attentive. We come here pretty often for carne asada, and they are always on the ball. Great food and great service!

Had their "new" tacquitos & guacamole. The guacamole that was served with them was disgusting! So much tomatoes used as a filler and a light green sauce which is considered their guacamole, need huge improvement. I would not order the tacquitos and guacamole!

Yesterday, we checked out the Frijoles and Fresca spot on Charleston. We'd given another location a shot a couple of years ago, but it didn't wow us. This time, though, it hit the spot perfectly.The lady at the counter was super nice. The dining area was clean and roomy, which we liked.We went for a shrimp quesadilla, asking for it crispy, and they nailed it. The sauces on the table were tasty, too. We also grabbed some street corn, and even though it was out of season, it was surprisingly good.My wife went for three tacos: Al pastor, carnitas, and shrimp. The Al pastor was the winner by a long shot. She also got chips and beans, which she dug, and an Horchata that she couldn't get enough of.No doubt about it, we'll be back for more of those quesadillas and Al pastor goodness.

Shrimp Quesadilla & Asada Tacos were amazing and they had everything included , sour cream, guacamole, salsa even beans! so delicious I also enjoyed the agua fresca as well truly fresh ingredients are being used here.

one of the only places that serves vegan beans, most places put lard in there beans so it's greatly appreciated!!!! and not to mention their vegetarian burrito is super yummy as are there tacos, especially shrimp!

Man I regret eating here. $51 for portions that were not even worth it. The burritos were so soggy I had to eat it with a fork, I also fed my son his with a fork because he couldn't pick it up without it falling apart. The nachos were ridiculously small. Ok, if the food tasted better then they could kind of sort of justify how bad it was. There were stacks of baskets of chips which I thought we would get one of but were each had 4 chips on the side of our burritos. Yes 4 chips. As though they were a garnish. We used to go here regularly about 4 years ago and they have gone down hill since. Oh, did I mention NONE of our food was hot?

Ordered a large order for our family through Uber eats. Servings were quite small for the price, which is not something I would typically notice or care about. There was just nothing great about our food.
