Very disappointed in our visit on March 30.The meats had way less flavor, and were not cooked correctly.The service was slow.Extra disappointed because the dinner was to discuss business and we wanted to really show our friends a great time.Extra extra disappointed because of how good Galpao Gaucho used to be and now I can't imagine going back for that price.

I went to Galpao Gaúcho last Saturday during my visit to Las Vegas and my whole experience was outstanding! The ambience was very cozy and charming. Food & drinks were fenomenal - must try the cheese and the pineapple, and also their tradicional cocktail Caipirinha. The manager Aurelio and his staff was very helpful. I will be back for sure!

Crown jewel of my recent Vegas vacation. Manger Aurelio insures spot-on and rapid personal service from the staff in a filled restaurant. Couple this with a great market table of "sides," which needs to be done with caution as there are 16 different meats on skewers being brought to you by the servers. Choose your level of cooking, and if it wasn't on the current skewer, just let the server know, and the chefs will prepare it to its desired taste. Great selection, well prepared, and a terrific overall experience. 5 of 5 and a definite "do over"

We discovered this restaurant while strolling along the Strip and decided to stop for lunch. It turned out to be a fantastic choice. Although it was fairly quiet, the service was top-notch, and we were able to sample a wide variety of meats including chicken, bacon, beef, and pork.The meats were delicious, and the service was incredibly fast. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal.

It's the second year in a row we've hosted a small group dining experience at Galpão for our corporate dinner event while in Las Vegas. No complaints, good food, good service, nice atmosphere. The staff is attentive and accommodates our requests (a shout out to server Thelma for her hardworking efforts at our group's long table).
We were looking for a vegetarian buffet with fresh produce and we found our way to Galpao Gaucho. We were greeted by their manager, Aurelio, and he made our experience amazing! Not only was he very hospitable, but he was kind enough to swing by multiple times, engage with us, explain to us about Brazilean cuisine, and just very kind!! He brought us delicious vegetarian friendly cuisine thats not available on the vegetarian buffet like the pineapple dish. Wow!!! The ambiance is a legitimate, clean restaurant that you can take your family or have office meetings. Muito obrigado Aurelio and the staff at Gaucho!!

(fogo’s got something to learn ?). the staff was extremely attentive without being overbearing. they were accommodating to our requests (we wanted almost exclusively picanha ?) and genuinely kind. this will be a staple any time we’re visiting Vegas. Rafaella was informative and detail-oriented, and the manager Leonel was thoughtful. we’d come back here anytime!!
Great food, good service. They respect the dietary restrictions and have a special flag for it (like “offer no pork”).We came for lunch and it’s totally worth it for $52 per person (considering the prices of other restaurants on Vegas Strip).
