Don't waste your time. We traveled here from Arizona and since myself and another person in my group have Celiacs Disease we like to be prepared and research options in the area while vacationing. Gluten Zero Bakery was close by our hotel and I was excited to find a dedicated bakery. First of all, it's only open 5 hours a day and doesn't open until 11am, fine. We arrived a little after 11am only to find it still closed with all of the lights off. The hours posted on the door align with the hours posted on the website so why isn't it open? There is a phone number to call in case she's "in the back baking" so I called the number and got an answering machine letting me know I can leave a message and she will text or call me back when she has a chance. I didn't leave a message because I'm already turned off by the lack of professionalism with the business. Bottom line; work the posted hours or change them to the correct time so people don't waste their time. I have options and I refuse to spend my time and money on incompetence regardless of how good the baked goods may or may not be. I'll never know. There are plenty of other choices near by where we can spend our money.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I got the brownies and the toll cookies and they are great! would never guess they were gluten free! the owner was also super friendly! he let us know where really good gluten free places are and what to get, etc! everything about it was great! will definitely be coming back!!Dietary restrictions: gluten free!

They did my wedding cake and ot was beyond my expectations. I gave Chris freedom to create with little requests and it was incredible, gluten free and vegan. Our guests were in awe. I highly recommend this fantastic GF bakery. They are amazing.

I ordered a gluten free carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for my birthday. It was so moist and tasty! I was so happy and so was everyone who tried it. Very beautiful cake as well. The owner was very sweet and detail oriented. I am very pleased with my experience.

Came here late in the afternoon and they were almost all sold out. What a great but sad sign. I got the brownie cup filled with chocolate, a lemon cupcake filled with lemon curd and two blueberry muffins one with fresh whipped cream (like he whipped it that second). Everything was amazing! I have never had such a horrible experience with a bakery. Please be aware! They ruined my baby gender reveal by telling us the color. And not only that, but I ordered a red velvet and they sent a carrot cake. And then was upset I didn't give a tip??why would a give a tip to a baker who spoils the gender reveal surprise AND gives me the wrong cake. Owner is a very strange man, kinda scary honestly, doesn't look like a good person AT ALL!!!!I would give ZERO stars if I could, to match the ZERO on their bakery name. They're at ZERO level of customer service. Baking good cakes is not enough.Do not go there!!

Man, I have so much good things to say about this bakery!! First customer service, they're so welcoming here and friendly. And the cupcakes are omg AMAZING!!! I drive from North town just for the cupcakes and for every occasion I do a special order a cake and it's so good! They go out of their way, they were so nice to even offer to sing happy birthday at their bakery and provided the candles and plates it was an amazing experience they're so sweet! The MRS, even sang beautifully to my wife,they truly went out of their way. Thank you! We will return soon!!

I ordered a gluten free carrot cake with creamCheese frosting for my birthday. It was absolutely amazing. The cake was moist and delicious! I can't believe gluten free tastes so good! The owner was so thoughtful and had great customer service. She is an absolute talented sweetheart. I'm so glad I picked this bakery.
