0 stars if I could. service is extremely slow, and the staff have no manners. Food is okay, but it can be better. DONT ORDER THE GRILLED TUNA! It's burnt in the outside and raw on the inside.

The shrimp friedrice and the tinolang manok is very plain, i think the cook forgot to put salt and seasong.

It has been years since I have visited Goldilocks due to the commute but here I am! Trying filipino dish from Goldilocks. They provide some huge servings and I ordered 3 things for one person. I was a little shocked which is a good thing cause I can take it to go. The service was good and the ambiance was clean. However, the vibe there was different now probably because of the pandemic. Who knows! The only thing I have concerns about is the grilled squid being over cooked and a lot of homeless around the area (which they don't have any control) But over all I still enjoyed the food.

Came to this location on Jan. 27, 2024 at around 3pm. 3 front employees were just talking in front of the cash register without noticing us who are waiting to be acknowledged to take our orders. We have to catch their attention to even take our orders. This kind of customer service is not acceptable to a reputable establishment like yours. Front employees were loud as if we were in a public market. Managememt should retrain these employees.

This store is very clean, nice ambience and bey noce staff. The service was fast and the lady was really super nice and very welcoming. Love their OKOY, dinuguan and Laing. The Chicken Inasal also taste good but no where near the original taste of chicken inasal. Plus it's was very obvious that the chicken inasal was re-heated. Inside the chicken meat was very cold, obviously the cook did not used a food thermometer, to know the right temperature and be safe to eat. We asked the server that the chicken was very cold. And they send it back to the kitchen and put the same chicken already half eaten to the grill, yikes! (Food contamination). Almost a perfect dinner for our wedding anniversary, if not for that

We really had a long wait before we were seated on the table, it was busy, most orders were on the Bakeshop and take out, they are short staffed too. Had lunch on 12/28 & ordered bangus belly sinigang, chicken barbecue, adobo rice, and beef caldereta, all of these foods are barely touched, because it's presentation was bad and taste was mediocre, my 18 daughter was even saying she can cook better, we just cancelled the halo halo for dessert and went to Seafood city instead, I'm not coming back again, so disappointed! If Goldilocks don't improve in customer service, food taste and quality, I'm wondering if they will last long on their restaurant business.

Called up because I only have a 30 minute for break and order halo halo over the phone they told me it's easy to make but we I got there it took them 10 minutes to make. I get it that the halo halo is easy to make but when your customers called ahead to let you know we are on our way, have everything ready. I know we aren't the only customers there but calling ahead is getting the store extra time so that when we come in to pick it up it's ready to go. THIS PLACE IS LUCKY THAT I LIKE THEIR FOOD AND DESSERT BECAUSE IF NOT I WOULD GIVE THEME ONE STAR BUG SINCE I KEEP COMING BACK FROM TIME TO TIME I DONT WANT TO GIVE THME BAD REVIEW, I just happen to be a food lover.

The worst service ever! I asked for coffee and the waitress couldn't even make it and our food took forever and we had to wait just as long to pay for our food.

Food is okay. CASHIERS ARE RUDE! Calling people terms "Sandra" as one walks away! I guess they have their insider joke about calling someone "Sandra." VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! You were not being mistreated nor the customer was being rude to you. BUT TWO OF THE LADY CASHIERS MADE A COMMENT OF "SANDRA" GIVING INAPPROPRIATE TERMS FOR A CUSTOMER! SIMPLY RUDE! This kind of customer service brings discredit to the name of your company! Take note that there now other local Filipino restaurants /bakeries who serves better food and way much better customer service than Goldilocks! We also ordered food for dine in and we were already expecting that it might take a while to get our food since they were busy. But it is not right if those who ordered after us got their food first.

I called at 11:22 am to order 100 egg rolls and they said that they would have them ready at 1:30pm. I called back to see if I could pay over the phone because my daughter in law was going to pick them up, and they said no. The lady told me that they don’t take payments over the phone and that she could just pay when she got there. My daughter in law went to pick them up and they acted like they didn’t know what she was talking about. The gentleman behind the register started laughing at my daughter in law telling her to call us, and the lady there was giving her an attitude saying that they didn’t have anything for her. When I called Goldilocks the lady that answered said that we have to pay for them up front, exactly the opposite of what they told me.Now we don’t have the eggrolls for the event. Not only that but the level of miscommunication and unprofessionalism is appalling. I don’t understand how anyone, let alone, in a professional setting can be so rude as to laugh at a young girl. I wouldn’t eat there if their food made me feel 10 years younger.

Is there a negative review. Came here for Filipino bfast. Ordered bansilog with eggs over easy and arroz caldo. Eggs came overcooked and rice super greasy. Arrozcaldo chicken had so much bones and we requested to replace it with no chicken just the rice broth. DENIED, and was advised they cannot do anything about it. Our last meal here.
