Great place to grab your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch, snacks or desserts! They offer a variety of different coffees, including, of course, an espresso. ESPRESSO located at Encore Hotel and Casino, immediately when you enter from the main entrance, right across from the check in area/front desk area. My most recent experience was very pleasant. Since I didn't have too much time to sit in a dining room/restaurant, I found Espresso very convenient. After selecting the items from the counter, pay for them, then not too long wait, the food is ready to pick up. There is a little dining area with plenty of tables and chairs. I ordered the Mediterranean cuscus salad with added grilled shrimps ... This meal was so delicious and refreshing! The feta cheese and the chickpeas were excellent with all the fresh vegetables in the salad. The grilled shrimps on the skewer were superb, I could eat a double order easily! That's how delicious it is!

This staff was very efficient, quick and friendly. I usually got their lattes and their cold brew was delicious! They had peak hours especially in the mornings (7-9 am). But luckily they had mobile order which made you skip the line. There is seating but if you are a big party it may be a little difficult.

I think most people fall for its convenience, right next to check in area at Encore. Sleek ambience, comfortable chairs. I ordered Caponata & Stracciatella Cheese Toast. It looked delicious as I love eggplant. It was extremely salty that I had to get rid of top part and ended up eating just toast with cheese for $15.99. Coffee was warm, not sure how you can serve simple coffee not hot ($5.19). Over all I won't be eating here tomorrow. The issue with these type of places, they have a high turnover customers, so they can get away with poor quality of food & beverages. They don't have to worry about return customers.

Lovely coffee shop! It does get a little loud and busy, not enough tables to sit either. The first time I stopped in I felt super rushed and just got nervous and ordered a simple coffee. The second time I came prepared, had looked at their menu online before stopping in which was super helpful. Even though I had already decided what I wanted before I stepped in line you still felt an urgency to quickly decide on your order and move out of the way for the next person in line. I would recommend their coffee and chai latte, a liitle on the pricey side but worth it. Service and experience could be better.

Experienced the worst service in Wynn ever. As someone came three times per year, the cashier person treated me like I don’t deserve to have any service. I was holding four cans of drinks with hand and been standing in the line for 15-20min, she didn’t not even give me a look and directly went to help someone who cut the line and look for hot water. When I felt that my stuffs are going to fell, I rushed to the counter and placed the bottles on the counter but she started screaming and yell at me that why I “throw things to her face” I’m like ???? I tried to hold the hot drink to avoid my bottles touch that cup and spill the drink. She yelled at me again and said “ you should not touch other’s drink and this is extremely rude” I’m like ??? What a crazy server. She deserve some proper training and how to provide customer services with respect.

The food was terrible and soggy. Not enough seating. I will not return.

Food was amazing. Service was fast and the lady behind the counter gave us many options. The atmosphere was lovely, cheerful, and enjoyable. The food itself was absolutely amazing! We ordered an avocado toast, a steak and egg, and a salmon. It was very good, and I would definitely come back here again!

Terrible and soggy food. Small ammount of seating. I will not return. The food was soggy I expected much better.

Don’t mind the higher prices since it’s what you expect at top resorts in Vegas. But limited choices, long lines, poor service and generally just way undersized for the volume of guests.Time for Wynn to open up more breakfast / coffee options at the Encore.Definitely NOT up to Wynn standards.

Came here for a quick salad since every other place was packed with hour long wait times. I ordered a salmon Caesar salad. It was by far the worst salad I've ever had in my life. To top it off it was an expensive horrid salad. Do not recommend at all

Came for the draft latte but the machine was broken maybe they could put another one at Caffe al Teatro too! Plz fix it before i leave vegas! No where else in vegas has the La Colombe draft latte on tap!! I would give 100 stars if it was available!

Great avocado toast and egg white frittata. Coffee is strong but very good. Cool atmosphere and always busy. Needs some more seating options.
