Took a cab from the strip just to visit this bakery. The majority of things that I tried were still hot out of the oven and everything I purchased was made fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This place is incredible! My husband and I both have food restrictions so to find this hidden gem that not only has options for us but has delicious amazing options made us smile. The staff was super sweet and amazing and made us feel so comfortable. We actually ended up dining in when we had planned on taking the food to go. We can’t wait to make this spot our go to! I simply can't sing the praises of Senza enough. Due to her gluten sensitivity and shellfish allergy, it's been impossible to go to any restaurants with my girlfriend. We were finally able to sit down and have breakfast together at Senza. We ended up ordering one of nearly everything, and everything was absolute perfection. Breakfast was a phenomenal pizza quiche, delicious Brazilian cheese puffs, amazing taco cheese puffs, and a couple of dessert bars (Tagalong and crack bars), and we took the rest with us. Most of the rest never made it home on the flight to Delaware. This will be a go to spot on future visits to Vegas.Dietary restrictions: Everything is 100% gluten free, and there are also dairy free options.

My toddler is allergic to wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and nuts. You can imagine how excited we were to discover Senza Gluten Free Bakery. It is a little hidden gem off Fort Apache & near the 215. They are 100% gluten free so if you have celiac this place is perfect for you. Definitely visit it if you are near by! I recently started an social media account called the glutenfreelasvegan so I am trying to be more diligent about trying new places in Vegas. The staff were super helpful in letting me know the ingredients in everything so I could double check my son could have it. We got the vegan spiced chocolate cupcake, vegan vanilla confetti cupcake, and the chocolate obsessed cookie. Those are all GF and vegan! I love how they separate their items by the black trays are vegan. It made it easy to see what we could get. Our favorite was the vegan vanilla confetti cupcake. Both my husband and son are not huge chocolate fans so that is why we loved the vanilla confetti cupcake, but everything was delicious! My husband even made the comment that he couldn't tell the cupcakes were gluten free and vegan. We will be back soon & probably going to order some vegan vanilla confetti cupcakes for my sons birthday soon.

Loved being able to find some sweets for my family and still include those who are gluten intolerant without making it a big deal. No one could tell that these treats were gluten free! There were several options to choose from to provide a variety of flavors and everyone was happy with a little something to pick them up in the middle of the day. Customer service was pretty good for an extremely busy shop. The cupcakes I ordered for my elopement were PERFECT. Delicious, moist, and pretty. I have no issues with gluten but my husband does. So as someone who does not typically eat gluten-free, these were amazing and I absolutely would order again.

This place is heaven. As soon as you walk in you'll realize you made the right decision to come here. I had an Italian sausage quiche, cinnamon bun, chocolate donut, a coffee, and a taco cheese puff for less than $20. The coffee is delicious, I drank it black and it wasn't acidic or stale or too strong. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and this coffee is super good here. For the savory items: the cheese puff is to die for. The texture is super squashy and gooey and the flavor is just like a little taco. The quiche is really flavorful, fluffy, and full of wholesome ingredients, almost like a little mini frittata with no crust. A crust would ruin it honestly, it's perfect the way it is! For the sweet items: the cinnamon roll is soft and gooey, it reminds me of those Auntie Anne's cinnamon bites (if you developed celiac later in life like me you'll know what I mean). The donut is dense and soft, but so delightfully tender and has a little hint of lemon. I dipped it in my coffee and it was just so pleasant. I haven't had a donut in years! I didn't find these too sweet like another reviewer on here. I add minimal sugar to everything - nutpods only for my coffee, 1/2 the sugar in my recipes... I can't stand stuff that's too sweet. I found these treats very well balanced and with a depth of flavor that far surpasses any other GF bakery I've visited. The staff is super friendly, the place feels like home. The bakery side is impeccably clean - I love that you can take a peek into it. I love it here. I wish I was a local because I would order stuff in bulk and take it home! I will be visiting every time I come to Vegas.
