People gave this place pretty bad rating. The food is actually not that bad. French fries were bomb. The ice machine was out of ice for fountain sodas. The prices are alot lower than other airport food. Cost me 16 bucks for a Philly, added mushrooms and pepper and came with cheese. Made it a combo for a very big portion of French fries and a drink.

Wouldn't recommend it at all. Horrible experience. Ordered and upon pick-up was just disappointed it was a small sub for the price paid. Immediately I returned it and asked for a refund. (Didn't even say anything) Right away I get comments from the kitchen and angry looks while I had to wait 10 minutes for manager to arrive for a refund. What kind of place makes you feel pressured to that. No way!! Never again will pass by this place again. Sad since I'm always traveling thru Vegas to get to my destination. Worst yet, they refunded my card and charged me another one so now I have to dispute this and waste more time....

Probably in my top five worst. Experiences ever don’t waste your money or your time plus the employees are beyond rude. So you want ranch for your french fries sorry we don’t have that you want some dressing for your sub sorry we don’t have a dry garbage for $20. Please save your money!

Wait time was a little long but we weren’t in a rush. Steak and fries ? were both really well seasoned. We did ask for extra Mayo when ordering and upon order pick up we were given 3 packets for two sandwiches.

Great Steak: the cheesesteak restaurant that doesn't have steak!Showed up at 10am when they start serving lunch and they somehow were already out of steak.Ordered the chicken instead, which according to the menu is made with provolone, but was given a sandwich with yellow liquid cheese. While I don't mind the yellow cheese, if you're gonna advertise your sandwiches being made a certain way then that's how they should be made. Feels like a big "f you" to the customers since we're stuck in an airport and have limited options when it comes to food choices. If we're gonna be forced to pay airport prices you could at least make sure the food is of good quality.Just another reason why Harry Reid has quickly become my least favorite airport, and I've flown through Manila and Guam multiple times.
