5 star food, 2.5 star service, at least last night when we went. We had "The Don" pizza, which was really good. Excellent tomato sauce and great crust. We also had a white pizza that was really good. The antipasto "salad" appetizer was a little disappointing. It was basic Sysco cold cuts and olives with basic white bread and very low quality olive oil, nothing remotely salad-y about it really. Wine and beer were good and decently priced. Service wasn't great. We went on a Wednesday night and it was mostly empty so our server spent most of the time chatting with the hostess and bartender, mostly ignoring our table. There wasn't any propane for the heater. Took a long time to order a second beer. And a different server asked us if we wanted dessert for some reason.

If you like thin crust pizza, then you must visit Grimaldi's. The crust was nice, and the sauce was flavorful. We started with the Apple Walnut Salad, and then we had two pizzas (cheese and sausage mushroom ricotta). We ended with the Oreo Cookie Cheesecake (yummy!). We also had the Trio (3 custom choices), and we had Churro Cheesecake, Banana Cheesecake, and Tiramisu.

Great Pizza and salad! First time in and the service was amazing. The ambiance was old school Vegas/ New York. I will definitely be back with friends and family.

First time trying Grimaldis Pizzeria and it was pretty good! I ordered the Quattro Formaggi and loved it. Excellent cheese and thin crust. Staff was friendly and lots of parking out front ( but a busy complex ) only negative was for a 18 inch it was $30 and that's the most expensive price I've paid that was off the strip. Advertisement lied about the 9.99 pizza showing a pepperoni pizza. When we went into the store the pizza was now 10.99 with basic cheese and you can only add three toppings at .75 cents each topping. Please fix your prices and stop false advertising. Btw the pizza was good even if they spat in my food because I did write the review before I was served. I know rookie mistake. I recommend the food and service was excellent just venting about inflation on pizza.

VEGANS - DON'T BOTHER!! Grimaldi's does not want the vegan customer - which is fine, I thought you should all know. Uninspiring in every way. Our family was trying to think of a worse pizza experience, and we couldn't think of one; Pieology, Dominoes, Blaze pizza, Pop up pizza, Evil pie - pizza rock, Rocco's and even Little Caesars rank far above this pizza experience. $31+. Friendly staff was the only highlight of the experience. Live and learn.
