1st time there. Enjoyed the meal and the great ambiance of the friendly. We had a great chat with customers next to us. The staff sings "Happy Birthday" and EVERYONE joins in.
I'm so glad we got off the strip to find some real soul food. Waited 30 minutes and the wait was well worth it. I got the Mississippi plate. Catfish filets with greens and grits. Delicious. The service was on point and the atmosphere was chill. Will be back next time we are in Vegas.

Excellent from entering the establishment to our departure. Gracious staff and food deliciously cooked to order. This was my 3rd visit inside. Today i was with my 2 cousins from Cleveland and they have been visiting LV for 19 years. Their comments were this is the best food they have ever had in Vegas during all visits. And these cousins can cook!!!
In town looking for a black owned diner and stumbled across this gem. About 10 mins from the strip. Food was amazing, our waitress Olivia was great and the atmosphere was clean, quiet and family friendly. Would recognize to all travelers

Excellent food and always crowded, which is a compliment. They have the food you'd eat on Sunday morning at Grandma's. The catfish and grits are my favorite but I have not been disappointed yet.

Grabbed late brunch here with a friend. Initially I was put off because I walked in the “wrong door” which was apparently for take out. The lady who approached was not the friendliest as she requested I go out the door and come back in the other one to be put on the wait list. Personally I didn’t really like the tone and the wait area was maybe 2 ft or less away which I could have just walked right over … however after being put on the wait list we were seated promptly. I love the updated tech, so you’ll get a text when your table is ready, you don’t have to wait inside. When I say I wanted one of everything on the menu i’m not kidding! This place offered breakfast/lunch with a southern vibe! The rest of the wait staff were amazing! I loved all the beautiful black staff. All smiles and good vibes. The gentleman from the kitchen with the locs who helped bring the plates was super friendly as well. The food was amazing! The only thing I can say is the chicken was not as well seasoned as the catfish but was still bomb especially if you’re going to put hot sauce on it anyways.Clean establishment, good music, well lit, prompt and friendly service, not over priced & amazing food.It was such an experience!
