Was in desperate need of food to kick my hangover, stopped in here, and was pleasantly surprised. We sat at the bar and had great service. The food game out quick and was pretty good. Got the hangover cure burger (not sure if that's it's real name) and the potatoes.Fun fact, they can put your beer in a to-go cup so you don't need to chug it at the bar when you're done eating.Was a little spendy, but it's Vegas so it was as expected.

Went to flavor town twice during a 5 day stayFirst experience was amazing ordered the trash can brisket nachos and were very impressed. Good ratio of toppings to nacho chips. Full sized chips that held their crunchWe went back 3 days later to watch an nhl payoff game and once again ordered the brisket nachos with expectatIons of getting similar quality - in a nutshell we did notLooked like we got the bottom of the bag of nachos chips. They were completely crushed up maybe had 8 full sized chips. The nacho stack quickly turned into nacho goo the broken chip crumbs mixed with the queso and toppings turned into an unappetizing mess Wait staff didn’t seem to care too much about it.

I had ordered the ribs and the flavor and heat on that was nothing less than perfect. I’m from Texas and had tried many places with bbq throughout the Country. Was amazed with how succulent and fall off the bone they were.The appetizer also amazing, I forgot the name, it was like a mini pepperoni pizza on a stick. The pepperoni was coasted and crispy like I like it and the breading was so delicious and fluffy.I was sitting at the bar and the service was quick, professional, and courteous; the bartender thought of everything. The food came out fast and hot and I’m going back tonight with my wife. I will highly recommend this place, it was an awesome experience.

If I could leave this place -100 stars I would. Awful service. Bartender and manager are so rude. Bar tender is too busy talking on the phone on his headphones. He walks away while you’re in the middle of saying your order. Hands you a receipt and again walks away like he’s some big shot. Cancels your order. He has a sour face the whole time. Literally awful place. There were like 6 people and TWO bartenders in there and they couldn’t even take care of me properly. Once the so-called “manager” came to “help” she was even more rude than the bartender himself. There are hundreds if not thousands of places to eat at in Vegas, do yourself a favor and skip this horrible mistake.

I ordered an entree with meat and had to dig for it .got lots of noodles and dried onions covering up thie dish was horti n le .Will not return ,and to top it off the server acted luke it was OK they cut the protien out of our dish.an entree with 1 oz of meat .Will not ne back and will make sure I tell all my friends not to come here sheesh!

Orderd a simple well done burger and a Draft Miller lite. Burger was burnt to charcoal and Miller Lite was flat and watery. Didnt complain just paid and left. Waiter was creepy too. No wonder no one was there at 7pm at night while there was a line at Gordon Ramsey burger in Planet Hollywood. Couldnt even eat or drink half of it.If I was Guy Fieri I would take my name off of this.Lots of TVs with sports so thats good and played good music. Just bad food and drink.

We ate here on a Saturday morning, the day of UFC 300. There was literally one waitress for the non-bar side with about 9 tables she had to take care of, poor management. I ordered the burger thinking that was one of the signature dishes and it was horrible. No flavor, dry, not enough meat, and missing avocado. Someone tried the chicken and waffle which was great except for the chicken being just ok.

I'm a huge Guy Fieri fan and was excited to try one of his restaurants while in Vegas, unfortunately pretty disappointing. We had the brisket nachos and they were luke warm and full of beans and that was about it, it was a struggle to actually find the brisket. Passed on having a drink when realizing a pretty basic mojito is $25. We had much better service and food at Hash House a Go Go.
