Jennifer at the counter was rude at explaining that they "can't make frappes" cause they were about to close in five minutes ... I definitely waited in line more than five minutes and they couldn't even make me a drink when there's 3 girls "working" chatting In the back. Ok, I know you want to go home, but you don't care about your job. It's a small stand and there's three girls working they should be able to close that stand in less time... and the go home. She said they have their time to clean before closing, well the manager should paid them and extra 15/30 mins to not look lazy and serve coffee until 8pm. And if that's management. Jennifer should be nicer about it. She rolled her eyes and talk back to me in a rude way..that's why I asked for her name.There should be a note somewhere that at certain time they stop serving coffee, cause that just makes Jennifer and the other two girls look lazy... thank god Starbucks is two mins away and I got my coffee there...

Really upset about my last visit here.I usually come here to get the Dulce de leche dazzler sundae but was told that they couldn’t serve me my sundae due to them almost closing. If you’re still open, shouldn’t you be able to serve what you have on your menu. I didn’t understand it so I just went elsewhere to get dessert.

Horrible customer service! 6 girls standing in the booth and just laughing with each other. They were out of the cookies and cream flavor, and I was trying to be creative and ask if I could have regular vanilla with cookie crumbles instead, they immediately and with an attitude said no! Only if I pay extra. As an employee , when a customer something that the store doesn’t have , I would do anything I can to make them happy. But neither her or the manager tried to satisfy me and the worst part! With an attitude! Bad experience!

I love Hagen Daz ice cream. I got the white chocolate raspberry truffle and Belgium chocolate. They both taste really yummy and not too sweet. I wish they have that in Canada.
