PÉSIMO TRATO AL CLIENTE: sale la cajera a decirnos que no podemos entrar al restaurante que porque hicimos un review en Google, afirmando que nosotros lo hicimos, sin saber nuestros nombres que por órdenes del dueño no podemos entrar por ese supuesto review que no sabemos como afirma que nosotros pusimos eso “no son bien venidos” alega la cajera.
Un restaurante que prefiere perder clientes que a sus empleados que tienen pésima actitud con los clientes ¿Dónde está la educación? Diciéndonos eso delante de todas las personas que estábamos formadas esperando para entrar, si no le había puesto malos comentarios ahora con justa razón pongo esto.

April 07 2024 Sunday 3.44 PM** I found a hair in the food **I have been a customer since 2021 the cooks do not wear hats on their heads... the manager who was at the cashier was not interested in my bad experience she did NOT want to listen .mar customer service I no longer have a hair on the food ?.and don't care as if it were nothing ? ?

Without a doubt the best restaurant in Las Vegas for Cuban food. The place is excellent, the cashier, the waiters, the owners give you spectacular treatment, super friendly, super attentive, they are super fast when serving you the food. 100% recommended!!! If you are in Las Vegas, be sure to come to this restaurant that you are going to love... Pizza there is good the food overall is good only heartburn after but never less good clean place with a honest staff that ran my wife's purse out to us before we left the parking lot . I recommend giving them a go when you're craving some Cuban

I visited the city this weekend. And I went to this restaurant and wow I was really surprised by the super good food. The excellent treatment I went several times. The prices were affordable. Better than any restaurant in New York.. congratulations

It's a shame, today my son and husband for my day, they wanted to invite me to eat, they gave me a choice, I loved this place and I preferred it, we ordered to bring home, in the call I suggested in the best way that please I would choose the meat with less lard (skin) because I buy a lot there and I love the roast with congri and fried plantain, it seems like it was revenge. I had never eaten overheated and super burnt, I always bought that plate of food, because they lost a big client's reputation of respect and reason for the client went down, Cubans have to know how to be critical and that the client is right and pays them. What a disappointment.
