Founded in 1962, Hard Hat Lounge is a treasure. Gratefully, they haven't felt the need to update their decor. Our bar-ambassador, Michaela, was precisely what you want once you're seated at the bar: Friendly, engaging and expeditious. Pours an exceptional Bloody Mary. Even though things were fairly busy, Michaela checked on us, timely and appreciated. I only wish we could transport Hard Hat to our home geography. Four Stars is reflective of insufficient TP available in the ladies' loo. Mentioned to management who could have easily remedied the situation, but instead, said in effect said to bugger off. : ( On a happier note, we weren't prepared for the outstanding burgers available from Stay Tuned Burgers, located within the Hard Hat. Was not expecting a fantastic burger kitchen to be tucked away inside of a Lounge. But there it was. Tables were clean. Bartender was nice. Parking available. I would go back.

Everyone has their opinions, this is mine! My husband and I ate a single cheeseburger as well as a double cheeseburger from hard hat lounge last evening. This was the worst burger I ever had. It had no lettuce or tomato. There was what they called house pickles that were sweeter dill combinations of flavor,soggy at best. The patty itself disappeared into the bun meaning I barely could taste or tell what the patty was truly made out of. The house burger sauce was the highlight of the meal. The price of each burger was over priced for a burger that could not hold it's own on any level. The lounge is a hole in the wall and not a good one. I would advise anyone spending their money at this establishment.

Stopped in after seeing a post about the burger joint inside. We grabbed a double cheese burger and it was fantastic. The bun was soft and flavorful. The meat was a double patty smash burger style with fresh toppings. I'd say the burger was excellent and I will go back. The tots were just tots. They were very fresh and crunchy, but nothing above average for tots. We grabbed a few beers at the bar and enjoyed the place. There was a constant flow of people going to the burger joint. It was busier than I expected so it tells me people are talking about Stay Tuned Burgers inside Hard Hat Lounge.

Definitely a little hole in the wall at a dive bar. It's like coexisting with a bar and its definitely a bar feeling- but laid back. The bar is bright red with plenty of parking, with an overflow lot as needed. The menu is truly as simple as can be with the following: 1. Single ($9) 2. Double ($11) 3. Grilled Cheese ($5) 4. Tater Tots ($5) 5. Vegan Patty Single or Double (can't remember price but around ~$14/$16) We opted for doubles due to the patties being "smashed". The house sauce is a mix of ketchup, mustard, mayo, cayenne, and some other flavors. My husband opted for ketchup and no cheese. Both burgers were delicious, but for the price- it wasn't as filling as we were hoping. Unfortunately it would be around ~$20 per person and not really knowing if you would be full. The service was good and quick. Burgers were made fresh and definitely came out hot. Overall its a great place for late night food, but would definitely need a few to fill you up.

The smashing burgers were damn amazing. The flavor was on point and the menu is crazy small but when you're cooking perfection like those burgers. Not more is needed. The guys taking your order and the cooks were all nice and knowledgeable. They joke with you and put a smile on your face . Dive bar yes but the atmosphere is great bartender was nice and had great customer service skills . I heard about this place through a friend and I'm sure glad I popped in for a drink and a burger. I will definitely be coming back again and again .

We went on a weekday evening after 11p and there were just a few of us there. It's not fancy, but that's the charm to this place. Tip: Some cheap beers Thanks

First off I actually came here because I heard stay tuned burgers is now there which is absolutely amazing they have a small menu but all ingredients are made with love the pickles are made by the same chef making the burger. in my opinion get it how it comes Btw these are two separate business you do need to pay separately from the bar side just so you know ahead of time stay tuned burgers they accept card and cash My bartender was Marlz or Marley great hospitality and a cool individual It was my first time there definitely going back and going to be a regular
