The entire staff & the atmosphere was amazing, they were all attentive, informative & kind from the moment you walk in until you leave, my server Paul was an awesome server, very nice & genuine fella, I appreciated the hospitality & the live UEFA Champion league games they had on their televisions, this wasn’t my first visit to this restaurant/ bar & definitely not my last! Thank you once again

Their food was always meh, but I used to go there for the atmosphere. After forgetting about this place over a year, I gave another try recently. We were a party of 2, ordered Sausage plate with two sides (small pretzel and spatzle), one shared dessert and 2 one-liter beers. And the bill was $150. Seriously? I'm from San Francisco so familiar with high restaurant bills. But in Vegas, for this low quality food?Let me talk about the food. The Sausage plate came with 4 sausages but it was only 2 different kinds, 2 of each. If you order a Plate, you expect some variety. The two of the sausages were lukewarm, almost cold. The flavor was so flat, not juicy at all. (If you want real German food made from scratch, flavorful sausages, go to Cafe Berlin instead.) Hofbrauhaus can't even make sauerkraut at home that they have to import it. The spatzle comes basically plain pasta with no sauce or anything. So you have to order cheese separately. And it was not good at all. Overall, I felt the quality of food got even further degraded than over a year ago, while the price went up significantly. The service was not good at all. When we got there, the place was about 20% occupied but they made us to wait because we didn't have a reservation. Then we got seated right in front of the band, passing many empty tables, where the music was so loud. I checked around when leaving, it was still more than half empty. The server was not so friendly, only smiled when we ordered extra items. Finally, they have only 4 kinds of beer. One light larger, one dark larger, and 2 wheat beers. This might be my personal preference, but I expect a German beer place would have more than 4 selections. It is quite disappointing and sad because this place can be a really cool place thanks to the nice building / venue. But the core of a restaurant is the food & service. They miserably failed the both and I am not going back.

Fun place to take a group. The atmosphere is upbeat. There was live German music. Be prepared as it is rather loud. The cocktails were good. The pretzel appetizer was delicious, warm and light. The potato pancakes were good. The chicken and schnitzel were very good.Service was okay, our server was not as friendly as others, but the food and bussers were on top of it.

I gave the food 2 stars because I'm not a big fan of German food, but their giant pretzel, beers, live music and atmosphere were awesome...?

Great authentic German food. This is the most authentic food we’ve had since living in Germany. We went during the day when it first opened, so it was a bit empty. I would love to come back Oktoberfest time frame and enjoy it at its peak!

Can't recommend. This was once an amazing spot and it still has a great atmosphere --- But they are gouging their customers and I would no longer recommend this place to visitors. 1L Beer is now $25 (far more than other places near the strip). Food was never amazing but has really dropped in quality. Feels like they are cutting costs everywhere and raising prices at the same time.

I've been to this Hofbrau 20x plus. Sorel ruined this place for us. We went at 5pm, on a Monday (not busy) and he was awful. I can't imagine how awful he'd be at a busier time. He was very unattentive and we had to beckon him instead of checking on us - several times, even for water! We had to get the manager for his incorrect ring up also, but once resolved, Sorel said he was "going to eat the cost because we were wrong" and then decided to attempt to ignore us and not take our card payment - which we quickly understood was par for his course so we gave them the cash we owed with $2 extra as his tip. That's what you get for horrible service and then attempting to ignore us.... we won't be returning, I will just remember our Hofbrau in Germany and the Vegas good times we had prior to this one.

Went for lunch on a Monday, around 1pm, not busy at all.Starting with food, the Jägerschnitzel was absolutely delicious. Comes with a side of spätzle (very bland on its own), bacon, mushroom gravy, cranberry sauce. All topped with crispy fried onions. Wanted to try the käsespätzle, but unfortunately you can’t get it as a sub or a side, only as a $20 entrée. They were also completely out of Apfelstrudel, which was the main thing I wanted. However, the black forest cake was delicious. The service was good, but ultimately nothing to write home about. Nothing special or spectacular as far as the Vegas scene is concerned.Lastly, the atmosphere is a little bizarre. Bavarian music playing the whole time, which is neither here near there. Bar style tables that seat eight people or so, nothing smaller at all. It’s probably fun on Oktoberfest or a busy weekend, but middle of the day, it just felt weird..Nice little gift shot full of overpriced steins, lederhosen, etc for the Vegas shopper. Overall, would go back, just at a different time of day.
