Server was flat out rude. Just not outgoing or friendly at all. The restaurant wasn't busy and the vibe was just sort of dead. The food took extremely long to come out which was odd considering how slow it was.

Absolutely loved my visit to this restaurant. The food was fantastic and the staff was wonderful. We felt very well taken care of and had no complaints. I will definitely return to try all they have to offer.

The restaurant is super cute & hidden in an area that you would never know it was there. The server was nice. He recommended many things which we did try. He recommended the margaritas which we did order. $15 for a margarita and it was in a very SMALL glass jar with a lot of ice. Definitely not worth the money. We started with the $14 guacamole. Which was avocado, cilantro, & onions.... It tasted great- but not sure why it was $14.... We had the $26 shrimp and crab enchiladas- they were very dry and not much shrimp and crab inside. But the flavor was good! My son had the kid's $12 steak taco- he LOVED it. We also ordered the $24 Mahi Tacos- again, the flavor was delicious but a very small sliver of overcooked fish and mostly purple cabbage & veggies. We paid over $110 for dinner plus left a nice tip for the server because he was super friendly, but won't go back. The atmosphere was great, food was over priced... there are a lot of great Mexican restaurants in the area that are delicious and more affordable. This place is trying to be an upscale restaurant next to a PTs bar and a storage unit. I've heard from many friends that they have been once, but are not return customers...

We started with guacamole and the street corn with shrimp. The guacamole was average but the street corn was delicious! Our entrees included carne asada burritos, great, and the pulled chicken quesadilla, also really good. Quite a lot of food, if you are hungry. Our server was responsive but not hovering - just right. We have also been to the Hola in Southern Highlands and I like the ambiance of this location better.

The service wasn't what we expected. the food order was a debacle from the beginning. ordered guacamole but was brought corn dip. Then informed waiter of mistake and was given Guacamole without chips. Chips were eventually brought out. I thought this was an isolated mistake, until my main dish came to the table incorrect. ordered chicken enchilada, rice and black beans. howeve, was brought cheese enchiladas with double rice? Not sure how that happened. The waiter took the dish back and brought out black beans in a bowl, while I waited for the main dish (which caused the beans to become cold). The main dish came out again with double rice and soaked in red sauce which I couldn't eat. The final disappointment was when the check came it had food on the ticket we didn't order. we we're told the manager, Haley would be coming to assist us. However, a young lady came to our table and starting speaking without introducing herself. We thought we were speaking to Haley and addressed her by that name. We were then corrected by the young lady who stated her name was Kristen not Haley. She also stated Haley was too pregnant to walk over to u and assist? Kristen, did execute customer service by revising the final check appropriately. That is the only reason I have given a 1 star rating. I hope this below average experience creates a learning opportunity.

Great food and good drinks. Street corn with pomegranates were delicious and some of the best tacos I have had. Only 2 tacos but they are big! Staff is very friendly!

My husband and I had dinner here last evening and sat at the bar. The service, the food, and the atmosphere were amazing. Our server was the bartender, Kinley. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. Starting with the chips and salsa. Chips were light and seasoned and they also included a few of their house made chicharron's. They salsa's one green and one red were very good. I had the Shrimp & Crab Tortilla soup and the basic street corn. Came quick, hot and flavorful. The corn was delicious - taken off the cob. My husband had the steak fajitas. The steak was thicker than most fajita meat and fairly tender. The margaritas were a bit expensive at $15 each but were delicious also.

The stars are for the staff; I felt considered and understood. The bar, long sigh, while quiet beautiful in appearance was beyond lack luster in tequila options, I mean it says Mexican Cantina, I was expecting something; this appeared as if generated by an AI host in a contest for the most extreme budget, shelves stacked deep with the same bottle and a couple of over priced fashion tequilas. Where is the Chamucos, Fortaleza, Partida, Dos Artes, frickin Milagro, anything... anything at all; I picked this restaurant over another based on reviews and while one aspect of my decision was completely fulfilled, staff and atmosphere (thank you), every other aspect of my visit fell completely short, no no, excuse me the drinks I had were in fact delicious but I felt I was stranded on an island with them. The food... Chips were mildly stale and if they were fresh, I'm sorry, the burrito, beautiful in appearance, but almost vacuumed of flavor entirely; where did my flavor go and what would someone have to do to get it back. It's an adorable quaint spot, seems connected kind of to another place, maybe same concept hopper. Whoever you are, fix your bar guys, empty spots and quadruple ups; I almost felt like I was at a wedding. I have never in my life seen so little tequila, I clung to the vida mezcal like a fat piece of wood far out at sea, and even then that was it, there were no other logs to swim to.... I'd love to know there was a reason to go to the this cute restaurant again someday but I can't recommend at this time unless you truly don't care and you're feeling good about it.

HORRIBLE! Stay away. Total ripoff. They add an 18% hidden tip, plus they expect you to tip more. Upsell and don't tell you it's extra expensive. Bad serivce. Overpriced; charge for extras that other places don't. There are much better places elsewhere.

Not your typical Mexican restaurant. Great food and service. This is a place that gets to know you. Whether you are visiting, or a local, give them a try.

Fantastic experience all around! The food was beyond what we expected. Everything was so delicious all the way from the carne asada burrito, to the black beans down to my husband lemonade! We will definitely be coming back and making this a new go to spot! Finally excited about Mexican food. This is not traditional by any means but I would say more like an American fusion and full of flavor. The decor is gorgeous and well done! Food prices are worth it when you can taste the quality.
