The absolute best burger I've ever had. Hands down! I had the Gold Standard burger and I am already craving it again. My husband had "The Burger" and he loved it. Service was great. Food was phenomenal. I highly recommend this place.

I ate the veggie burger and had the snickers shake. Delicious!! They even offer a kids menu. My kids ate the mini burgers and colored. They were entertained and I could eat. That's a win in my book! We sat fast and had great service!

“The Crazy Bird” is possibly the best grilled chicken sandwich I have ever eaten.

First time here. The menu looked promising. The service we received was great. Our server was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich and The Cajun flavor was overpowering. The chicken was tender, and the sauce was good. I ordered a side salad with house vinaigrette dressing, and it was not amazing. Overall, the food was OK this would definitely not be a place I am looking forward to returning to.

Holsteins in The Cosmopolitan, where every moment is a symphony of flavors and impeccable service. Our server's attentiveness and expertise added a touch of perfection to our visit, elevating it to an excellent occasion. Initially drawn in for milkshakes, our spontaneous decision to share a burger and fries proved to be a stroke of genius. The burger, surpassed all expectations and stands out as one of the finest I have ever tasted. Accompanied by Parmesan garlic fries featuring fresh sliced roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese, the combination was a revelation of savory delights. The sweet potato fries also earned high praise for their delectable taste and texture. The non alcoholic milkshakes also exceeded all expectations in terms of presentation and flavor. The Cookies and Crème shake arrived as a delightful explosion of cookies, crowned with a generous ice cream cookie sandwich, while the intoxicating aroma of peanut butter enveloped the Drunken Monkey shake. Holsteins has left an indelible mark on our taste buds, and we are eager to return.

We recently visited Holstein's for brunch and were impressed by the overall dining experience. The standout dish was undoubtedly the house burger, which I opted to customize with a chicken patty. The addition of jalapeños enhanced the flavor profile, contributing to a memorable culinary experience. Moreover, the truffle fries surpassed expectations and were truly exceptional, ranking among the best fries I've ever tasted. While the wait time exceeded our initial expectations, the quality of the food more than compensated for any inconvenience.Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Holstein's and look forward to returning on future visits to Las Vegas. The combination of delicious food, including the standout burger and truffle fries, makes it a must-visit destination for brunch enthusiasts.

My partner and I eat at Holsteins on the recommendation of a friend, and overall we thought it was a pretty good meal, and is as advertised. We didn't make a reservation for lunch, but were able to get two seats as walk ups. The restaurant is quite large and about half the seats were taken. We opted for the buffalo chicken dip and shared the "billionaire burger" - which was foie gras and prime meat made into a patty with some truffle oil and accoutrements. The chicken dip was a huge portion and did not come with enough chips to eat it. We weren't able to finish the dip even between two people. The burger was tasty in a little something different. However, we ordered a medium rare, and it came out medium plus. Service was efficient and fast for everything we ordered. They had a very expensive drink list, but the first two beers we ordered were not available, which is why paper menus are usually the way to go if inventory is constantly changing.

Best burger I've had in a while! My wife and I shared because it was HUGE. The fries are an additional charge. There was a good beer selection too. Our waitress was sweet and catered to our every need. The cartoon cows on the walls were fun to look at. I'd definitely recommend trying this place out while on the strip. We missed out on trying the milkshakes, but they looked AMAZING!

The quality of food is not as good as it was before unfortunately. The salmon burger I used to get had an actual salmon filet that was cooked, then a piece of dried salmon on top, with a nice white creamy sauce, greens, and I think a slaw that was good proportion. The buns used to be much nicer too. This version of the salmon burger is a patty, with a chunky slaw that was a mess and got all over the place, the bun is also greasy and not as tasty as before. Very disappointed, I really liked the salmon burger before. This was also pricier than all the other burgers on the menu at $30 overpriced and low quality.

We had a late lunch-snack. And shared a few dishes: yellow fin tuna (excellent), Philly cheese rolls, garlic Parmesan, sweet potato fries. And drinks: two espresso martinis, two cocktails, a tangerine wheat beer (an acquired taste) and a vegan shake. Our server was on the ball in this very busy and noisy place which would get three and a half stars if there were half stars. The check came to $175 not including the gratuity.

Food is great! The burgers are HUGE! The onions rings are so good with that chipotle sauce! The shakes are delicious as well as their garlic fries. Everything is definitely sharable and really good! The service is always great!

Came here after checking in. Grabbed a couple burgers, sides and milkshakes. I got some sandwich that had pineapple and curry sauce. It was surprisingly good. The burgers my friends had were above par. The fries and sweet potato fries are large portions so order accordingly. We didn't know. They're def shareable. The milkshakes had good flavor but didn't seem to be cold enough. Weird. Def a place I'd come back to n eat again at.

We just came for the milkshakes!!! The milkshakes and service were 5 star no complaints about either of those things. Milkshakes are huge, I would recommend sharing one with someone especially if you are also eating food. I ordered the "Drunken Monkey" (without the booze), Reese's peanut butter cups, malt, banana, chick-o-stick, banana Laffy Taffy, vanilla frosting, & Reese's pieces. My daughter ordered the "Cookies & Cream" (without the booze), Oreo, & chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chip ice cream sandwich, dark & white chocolate crunchies, vanilla frosting, & Oreo crumbs Both shakes were "off the chain"..... do people still say that?? haha! Wish I had a photo to share but we asked for our shakes to go which they happily accommodated. They aren't as "cute" looking that way but much more practical because there was no way we were going to be able to finish them all sitting there at the table. If you come here, don't pass up getting a shake!

Our bartenders/servers were so great. They had delicious recommendations when we couldn't decide which way to go. We started with cheese curds- which were so light and flaky! They had a craveable crunch forsure! We then settled on a bbq burger and the thai steak salad- the burger was good but the salad is the real star of the meal!!! The dressing was so light and flavorful, steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare. We also shared truffle garlic parm fries- they were mouth watering! Every time we said we would stop eating them, we kept going back for me. They were packed with flavor! We ended the meal with a booze vegan pineapple milkshake-soooooo good! The ambiance was upbeat and fun. If you're looking for elevated bar food- this is the spot to check out
