I LOVE Houstons Hot Chicken. Their meat is ACTUALLY spicy, and it has a barbecue/sweet touch to their chicken. Love the sauce and coleslaw in the sandwich. I usually get spicy or liftoff. Liftoff is probably the most spice I can do without dying. I only do liftoff with salad since the salad kinda dilutes and cools down the heat. Their fries are soooo good. Perfectly crispy crinkle fries seasoned with barbecue-type of dry seasonings. Honestly, it's the only spicy chicken place I go to.The service is usually great. I've had a couple times where I asked for chicken on the side for the salad and got haphazardly cut tenders. Once,I asked for coleslaw on the side instead of in the sandwich and got no coleslaw. Sometimes there's a long wait but otherwise, usually the workers at great. They usually have great attitudes. Only once did I get subpar service out of the time I've been there in the last 2 years.

Food usually is good here but twice recently the food has been cold after I wait 5-10 minutes at the drive thru window, not the drive thru but like at the window. The night crew seems more interested in prepping instead of serving the current customers. I know this because I had enough time to watch them pour sauce into about 10 bottles and someone else was making boxes. #houstonslowandcoldchicken

Their classic sandwich was great!. Be careful if you get the medium spicy it is hotter than most. Their side sauce is a little bit on the sweet side a bit of a surprise. The season crinkle cut fries are great!

I got the Texas Caesar Salad with medium flavor tenders. At first, I saw the box and thought this was a small salad for the price. But wow, the flavor this chicken has and the size of the tenders is sooo filling. I couldn't finish it. The caesar dressing it comes with is packed with flavor and the croutons are amazing. I recommend it 100%

I was shocked that I have never heard of this fast casual restaurant considering all the places I have tried in the past. But since Las Vegas is filled with an endless supply of places to try/eat, it isn't uncommon to miss places here and there. But that's why we have the power of Google at our fingertips and can search for certain types of restaurants at any given time. Nonetheless, I discovered this place after a random search and told my wife that we needed to try it - the day finally arrived and we visited on 3 Mar 2024. I really enjoyed seeing the artwork as we walked up to the building. Whenever we walked inside, I immediately noticed the mix of modern, rustic, and industrial design/décor...not to mention, the clean, upbeat music. The restaurant cleanliness was adequate and the service was magnificent.I ordered the House Favorite (Original Hot Chicken Sandwich, Tender, and Fries), plus a drink. The menu wasn't too difficult to choose from, but since this was my first experience here, I still had a hard time choosing what I wanted to try first because I wanted to try everything on the menu. In my younger days, I would just order 2-3 different items to try at once, but since I've gotten older, that's a little more daunting. Oh well, looks like I'll have to return for round 2 to try other items on the menu. The chicken itself was phenomenal! The sandwich was a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors which provides you an intense experience like no other. I know there are several chicken restaurants in this city to choose from, but I can honestly say that this place is ranked way up there for me. I was very satisfied with my food, yet I was kind of disappointed after I was done with the final bite of my sandwich.The restaurant wasn't full of customers when we visited since it was in between lunch and dinner timeframes. Although, there were still a consistent amount of people there to pick up online food orders, so I can tell this place is extremely popular. As a result, the customer service was outstanding and we received our food in a brisk manner. The price-to-quantity/quality ratio was remarkable and I really appreciate this restaurant's support to the active men and women of the Armed Forces, to include its Veterans. If you have never tried this place, then I highly recommend this restaurant to you. I/we will definitely be back in the near future.

$55 for 10 chicken tenders and 2 small fries?!?!EXTREMELY overpriced.Good quality food but no discounts when buying in bulk. $4.00 per chicken tender or $40 for 10 chicken tenders? Doesn't seem right at all.Other customers complaining about the amount of time spent waiting for their order while I was there. Nobody standing at the register to take your order when first entering.Only good thing about this business is the quality of the food. Better off going to canes and getting a Caniac Combo (6 tenders, coleslaw, fries, large drink, and toast for $18)
