This is my go to spot on the east side when I don't want to drive to Spring Mountain. I always order for pickup or delivery, but I recently dined in for the first time and it was 10/10! When we first walked in we were greeted immediately and got to choose where to sit. Our server was very friendly and made sure that she fulfilled our needs. The restaurant was clean and ambiance was alright. We got our food in a timely manner and everything was hot! It was delicious and the pho tai always hits the spot. Definitely recommend

I frequent this restaurant a fair bit mainly because it's the only pho spot on the east side that's worth going to. The food quality is good; soup base is flavorful. No issues with the beef and there's usually a good amount. I usually have to ask for more jalapenos, mint, sprouts, etc. since I feel like they don't give enough in each bag (we always get our food to go). The online ordering is also a hit or miss; I've been told multiple times that they have to manually check for online orders so if they're busy, they may not see your order and process it. This has caused many of my orders to be late. If you want to for sure know they processed your order, call to order.

I ordered Bahn Mi Beef Sandwich. Overall it’s very delicious! BUT…I stopped by after 7pm.. and parking lot is narrow and tight.. as I’m nervous someone would ding my car. Staff are pretty friendly.Parking: Parking lot was full after 7pm. Very narrow space.

Honestly the best Pho spot on this side of town!!!! So good my favorite is the #13. The service is great and the restaurant is very clean and organized.
If you're debating on this or the drive to a legit spot.. do the drive, and thank me later. They bring you coffee and tell you it's cold if you want it or they'll tell you they have to make a new pot hoping you tell them not to worry about it and you'll just drink the water instead. They make you a new pot but won't bring you any refills. After the highlight of the evening... We're now on to entrees .. bun nit thuong is all lettuce, they bring you less than 2oz of nuoc mam (not even enough for an order of egg rolls) and when you ask for more, you're ignored, so your bland tasting noodle salad stays bland. You're left searching for Noodle. The grilled pork is BBQ covered pork that isn't grilled, it's cold BBQ pork bubble gum. The pho, my guests were content with, but they sure did use a lot of condiments in it. Not 1 Asian in the kitchen... Very disappointed in this place. We only went because it was late and we didn't want to fight traffic for Chinatown visit... I'll deal the traffic next time and just go to Chinatown. Lesson learned. If you seriously enjoy this place, you need to get out more.
