Yelp Review 2024 #52: I've been coming to this ramen spot since they opened several years ago. It's the closest ramen shop that's good without having to drive to Chinatown. The space is small. With high top seating, and a few booths. Depending on when you come here, you might have to wait for at least 10 minutes. I happen to always come here when it's busy! I tend to get the same type of ramen and just change up my appetizers. I always get the ramen combo with my choice of side/ appetizer and another appetizer if I'm sharing with somebody. Chicken Karaage: Fried pieces of chicken that have been lightly battered. It's juicy and crispy. 3.5/5 Popcorn Shrimp: Deep-Fried and battered shrimp served with Chipotle mayo and Yum Yum Sauce. 3.5/5 Soft-Shell Crab: Deep-Fried Soft Shell Crab served with Carrot Puree, Eel Sauce and Creamy Aji sauce. 4/5 Gyoza: Pan-fried pork and vegetable dumplings. Ramen and gyoza are a classic combo. Meaty, juicy and delicious. Crispy on the bottom and tender on top. 4/5 Crispy Rice with Tuna: Crispy fried rice with spicy tuna on top. 4/5 Tonkotsu Ramen: Ramen in pork-based broth with sprouts, chashu, soft-boiled egg, green onions. You can add whatever extras and toppings you want for additional cost. 4/5 Black Garlic Ramen: This is my favorite because it reminds me of the black garlic ramen that I love so much from a ramen restaurant I used to go to in L.A. Lots of good flavors happening here. Tonkotsu broth with black garlic oil, m chashu, soft-boiled egg, green onions, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, deep -fried onions, and deep-fried garlic. 5/5 Service has always been friendly. It's a nice little casual place for a bowl of hot noodles. Food comes out pretty quickly. They have Coke products, Ramune, tea, etc. Other appetizers include edamame, takoyaki, fried baby octopus, salad, seaweed salad, shishito peppers, and Agedashi tofu. For dessert, they have cheesecake and mochi ice cream.

I have been eating at Ichi Ramen for a few years. The food is always great, the staff always courteous and professional, the service topnotch. Ian always comes out and greets me personally whenever he's there. Ichi is a fantastic dining experience.

Food: For as many times as I have been here the food is amazing, my favorites, Spicy Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen, the Gyoza and the Kurobuta Sausage, evrything is always fresh, well spiced and great flavor. Service: Staff is always help, quick, personal and nice. I come here enough to be considored a regular now. Ambiance: The restaurant is lit just the way I like not to bright not to harsh, music is modern an catchy, most important it is always clean and servicable. Overall I think Ichi Ramen on Tropical is a great place to dine!

Look out for the mean old lady at the register. I went in to pick up a $60 to go order. Asked to use the restroom. She said it was broke. At the same time the other girl said it was closed. Last I knew, you had to have a restroom open in a public business. But I'll let the health department worry about that one. Will never spend another dime in there.

The Asian lady that arrived and started her shift probably at around 5PM today 4/6/24 was very rude and just kept cleaning our table without asking. She's literally in our faces while trying to enjoy our food. We are regular here and this is the 2nd time she did this to us. Not just our table but to everyone dining in. She needs to be thought good manners.

This was the worst ramen I've ever had. Didn't even taste like ramen. The egg was hard boiled (they are soft boiled in real ramen and on the menu), and everything that was 'tempura' was soggy. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The food was ok. It is more Korean style than Japanese. If it is your first time trying it or don't mind it then it is good. The service was good. The place it self was a little on the small size. So I would say if you have a big group this is not the place to go. But over all wasn't bad.

The service was great and the delivery of the food was wonderful. They were very nice and the restaurant is very clean. Their pricing is just right. I highly recommend this place; you will don't be disappointed. Great place great food and great staffing . 5 stars
The only downside to this place is the size. I wish they had a slightly better layout because you get crammed into the counter when you are picking up and it is busy. There are seats right next to the service counter as well, so you are kind of in someone's face no matter what you do. That said, the food is great, especially the seafood tomato ramen (although I add black garlic oil to it). The crispy rice is also honestly my favorite here. I frequent sushi restaurants more than I care to mention, so that is some praise for them. Check it out if you haven't but I recommend getting a booth.

Loved how the water was waiting for us when we came in and that the food came out fairly quick but the food was not good. The ramen was flavorless. We got the middle spice level and it was far from any sort of spiciness.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The temperature inside the restaurant is freezing which made it very uncomfortable to dine in. Our server carried our hot tea with her thumb inside of our cup. The food was not as good as it was the last time we dined here. The service was not good, we felt rushed the entire dinner. I will not be returning.

Awful service, dirty food, and especially awful, immature management! They are horrible to their employees! Those managers need some professional training of their own as they are biased, unorganized and, obviously, unprofessional! They have a high turnover rate for their employees so that, alone, should tell you how they run this place. Labor union and State of NV public health should really look into this disgusting place. I will never come back to this establishment, again!
