I don't even know where to start except after 20 hours on the road the last thing I wanted in my crepes was some sort of very course hair..and my crepes were cold. After we sent my plate back, I noticed a big black course hair on the edge of my mom's plate. At this point, we were irritated.Our server, I believe, "Hector" handles it great, though. If it weren't for him, there would've been a scene!

Whoever is planning the schedules for the overnight staff really needs to start paying attention to the events happening in town considering it’s location it took 45 minutes to pay cash due to them being understaffed the service was great. The food was great but it should not take me a total of two hours to eat my food and be able to pay for it other than that it was great.Wheelchair accessibility: It does provide ramps for wheelchairs, very basic, though

IHOP has never changed since I've been going there as my Grandma's favorite restaurant. The employees, atmosphere, pricing, selection of food, all fantastic.
Miguel was very friendly and met all our needs. He was very positive, upbeat and positive. Customer service we got from him is rare and should be the standard.

Even though the Streets outside were rough and a lot of homeless and drugs, the restaurant was clean and really good food, makes your forget for a little bit about outside their doors.
