I was on a tight schedule tonight and went through the drive thru before I had to get back to work. I paid, was handed my drink, and told to wait in the front of the restaurant. I waited for over 20 minutes and eventually just had to run back to work without my food. I literally didn't have time to go in, wait in line, and resolve the issue.I'm down $10 and never coming back, but at least I wasn't late to work. It is unacceptable to send drive thru customers to the front of the store and then literally forget that they're out front waiting.

Went through the drive through and the lady who’s working it overnight cut me off before I could ask my question. She didn’t know what I was asking for before she told me “we don’t have that anymore” I’m assuming her name is Viridia. It says “EMP Viridia” on my receipt. It’s not that big of a deal but I just found it rude and unprofessional.

this jack-in-the-box location food is delicious and good my only huge problem is Management allows homeless people to sit and chill there for a while yes they sit inside the food place idk how to say it but homeless people stink that place went i eat there i even spoke to manager about it they say they say supposedly they can’t do nothing about it come on Jack do something about this situation don’t allowed homeless people in there just to chill it makes me uncomfortable that way they stink your location
