Amazing experience! We did the tour of Spain and everything was absolutely great. We do regret not getting a paella but it's ok because we were able to try all sorts of new things. We did come a bit late but the chef made it work. Anything that was not available anymore, the chef replaced with something that would still compliment the taste of the other dishes. Only thing I would say that's a bit negative would be that the flan was a bit too sweet. Texture and consistency were good but it was just too damn sweet. Anyway, we will definitely come back to try the paella and the interesting drink that they put in what looks like a bong

Went for a milestone birthday/anniversary party recently. I was disappointed that we did not get the full menu, but understand given our 15 person group. That being said, the service was off that night: we waited nearly an hour before the pan con tomate and jambon arrived. Keep in mind, this was a set ~8 course menu, to be served family style. The "family style" portions were barely enough to feed 2 people and only 4 portions were brought of each dish. Having been to other Jose Andres establishments, this was just a let down. The picture of the chicken dish sums up the night: this was one "family style portion", we received 3 more about the same size for a table of 15. And this was the main protein dish before the vegetable paella. Leaving Las Vegas hungry...

Located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. I usually love all the restaurants here but sigh... Jaleo was just ok. Our server was absolutely nice and attentive. Food: My friend ordered the calamari and that was good. He also ordered the Paella (I think) and it too tasted ok. Tupac and I had the Tasting menu. I don't even remember the items. What I can remember is the gazpacho, apple salad and steak. The food was ok. Overall, I should have ordered an entree instead of the tasting menu as it was not memorable.

Great food and overall experience! We came here to celebrate our anniversary and had a great time! There was a little mixup with our waiter and we didn't get to try the paella, but everything else we had was amazing! I will definitely come back next time I'm in Vegas.

Amazing experience! We went after watching O of cirque de solei, which is a whole nother A+ review. They had tables on a Thursday night around 930pm, although they were still pretty packed when we sat. The carne asada was very flavorful and tender. The scallops had that slightly charred taste. The pork mini burger, although cute, wasn't my cup of tea. It had some type of sweet sauce and was reminiscent of chinese or even thai cuisine, which I love, but wasn't expecting. The service was also on point. It's a must-try in Vegas.

This is my second time eating here, and I was not disappointed. Food and service are fantastic!

We've been coming to Vegas for over 10 years every summer and this is by far the best food we have eaten! The service was outstanding and very knowledgeable about the menu. We had the tasting special and enjoyed every bite. Great variety in perfect portions. Each dish was timed perfectly. We will be dining here again! Carne Asada Chicken Croquettes Garlic Shrimp Pan Con Tomate These were just some of the items o. The tasting menu.

This is a fun place to go with a group for sure but the plates were great for 2 as well. The setting is a a little unimaginative and tight is one dig I will point out. When we go back again, we will try to stay near the center where you can watch the chefs prepare meats! Speaking of meats, there were plenty to choose from. We splurged for the specialty cut of pork. We had to send it back because it was rare and I don't care if the waiter says "that is the way the chef likes to prepare it". It was also just warm. When it came back out med rare+ it was very good, esp with the sauces. The dish comes with the crispy bread which I strongly recommend getting an order of. We also got one with machago cheese on top and it was great.

While staying at the Cosmo we made reservations at Jaleo. Upon arriving, this place was jamming at 730pm on a Monday. Our reservation was made through Open Table. In the notes we mentioned it was our anniversary as well as mentioned within our party someone had Celiac. When checking in and throughout the meal, no one said 'happy anniversary'. Which makes me wonder, do the notes matter? Our hostess originally tried to seat us next to a wait station. No thanks! Especially when there was plenty of open seating elsewhere. Our server quickly came to greet us and get us going with water. He was able to answer all our questions. They have two menus. If you have any type of allergies, there is a allergen menu that shows what's vegan, gluten free, etc. If you don't have any allergies, you'll get the main menu. Our food consisted of: Pepito (Spanish mini burger made from the legendary, acorn-fed, black-footed ibérico) - SO flavorful Patatas Bravas (A Jaleo favorite; potatoes with spicy tomato sauce and alioli) - so so Butifarra escalivada (Ibérico pork sausage with roasted eggplant &red peppers) - This was money Octopus - very tender The portions are small as this is a tapas place. We got five items and a drink. Just over $100 minus tip. You're paying for the name and the vibe, especially since you're in a casino. If you're a local, you can park at the Cosmo complimentary for an hour or two. If you have a players card of a certain level you can stay up to 3 hours.

We went in for sangria hour so I could decide if Jaleo is where I'd have my birthday dinner. The bartenders were so great. Attentive without being invasive. Really nice, quick and professional. I couldn't sit in the bar stool for too long. Painfully uncomfortable. The happy hour drinks, a specialty cocktail and sangria, were just okay but only $8 so can't complain. Sangria was pretty comparable to authentic Spain but just wasnt feeling it. They also had red wine on special which was really good. The happy hour food was overall good but tiny portions so hard to get a good impression after one bite. But I would highly recommend getting the shrimp on happy hour, you get 2 shrimp but mine was delicious, lightly breaded with an aoili sauce. The bread with roasted peppers, eggplant and anchovies was a bit soggy so I passed after a small bite to try. The chicken fritter was okay maybe just not to my taste. We decided to go to Scarpetta for dinner instead and it was the right choice for us. 4 stars just because the service was so good.

Good vibes and ambiance. Lots of seating. Service was friendly. Food was good, but wasn't excellent.

We thought this would be a challenge for us as I don't eat meat and my hubby doesn't eat fish, but it was perfect! We could chose our own small items and share others, our waiter was so helpful too with his advice. Food was amazing, so tasty and fresh - lots prepared in the open kitchen area in the front of the restaurant.

TAPAS Jose Andres style. The iconic dish is the paella and when a batch is finished you'll definitely know, they make a ritual of it and those in the know will yell "paella" when staff bangs the pan. Chicken paella was excellent, I've never seen my youngest eat something so savagely. It comes with garlic aioli sauce that I didn't use, the strong garlic taste overrides the finer seafood paella base and the saffron. Some of the other standouts for the night: -salmon crudo, shaped liked little ice cream cones with salmon eggs on top, nice crunchy wrapper and beautifully presented in a frosted acrylic rectangle. -ham and cheese, Spain stlye and ham was iberico pork. The finest quality and on par with some of the cured meats and cheese I've had in Barcelona. -carne asada, the best carne asada I've ever had. A grilled taste that keeps rolling in your mouth pleasantly, the carne asada is seemingly tough when you cut it but is the most tender you can bring this meat to without turning it into mush.

We came here on a Friday, so no Happy Hour, and sat at the bar. Our bartender Mat was friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed his service and the food so much we are coming back with friends to try the Happy Hour and the paella! (In this time of post-Covid it rare we receive the professional hospitality service of pre-Covid. Also living in Vegas we have so many wonderful restaurants we often don't repeat however we were so impressed we have to come back and share with friends!) The red sangria my husband ordered, I typically find sangria a bit too sweet but this one was spot on! I wanted to order a pitcher to take downstairs with us while we gambled lol! We ordered an item from each of the tapas sections. The chicken croquettes took us by surprise becoming a favorite! The goat cheese is perfectly accompanied with the nuttiness of the bread and sweetness of the fig jam. The tomato bread is an obvious must try. As well as the gazpacho! The liquified olive is interesting. Something I'm glad I tried, and enjoyed, and will insist my friends try at least once. Our absolute BEST BITE of the night was the salmon cones. They are one per order, we started with two and finished with four.

The menu is full of wonderful sounding dishes. We ordered 9. All were exceptionally delicious, except the shrimp, which was very fishy. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired, it's as noisy as a grade school playground. Even so, the food was so extraordinary that we'd happily eat here again.
