As a local, I only traverse the Strip for a weekend dinner for special occasions. However, when my mother asked for authentic Spanish tapas that would remind her of when she lived in Madrid, I had to deliver with Jaleo. The atmosphere is contemporary modern with upbeat music. Service is perfect. The food was very good and we tried a bit of everything. My favorites were the shaved fennel salad, grilled asparagus, octopus, and the vegetables with fried egg. Save room for dessert, because the olive oil cake with olive oil ice cream and lemon curd and candied grapefruit is the best light finish I could have dreamed of for the meal.Parking: Locals are free up to three hours, otherwise, you pay per hour.

It was super busy night but somehow I could book a table via their website, so I did. Waited 10min then got in. The foods were pretty good especially the paella. The cone looking thing is away smaller than I saw in the pic. But it’s good. Service was not fast but stuffs were very friendly. You should try at least once.

This is frozen supermarket shrimp. These are not “gambas,” like you get in Spain. This dish is $22. Go eat shrimp cocktail for the same price at a steaks house in LV if you want to eat shrimp.

Not the place if you're hungry. Everything takes 20 minutes. Great food but takes quite a bit of time per tapa and for sangria. (Fresh pour)

We did the tasting menu. Everything was unique and fabulous! Our waiter, Edgar was wonderful! We will be back!
Why? The theme of the meal was lots of Why’s. Before I dive in, the Service and Atmosphere were awesome. We ordered the tasting menu, which had some highlights including the Salmon Cones, the Steak and the Flan. Also, one of our Why’s is why are the portions so large for a tapas tasting menu, so you will not leave hungry.Every time we thought we were getting to goodness, a Why popped up. Why add cucumbers to the perfectly delicious avocado and goat cheese salad, cutting the creamy flavors with a sense of blandness. Why make the sauce for the peppers stuffed with goat cheese so bitter? Why make the bread sticks for dipping in the delicious gambones sauce so hard? I really liked the sauce, but my teeth hurt after the first bread stick bite… Worst of all, why add so much salt to the paella? Be sure to have lots of water on standby.

Overpriced for small portions. Service was friendly but food came out at different times and had to remind server we were missing two tapas twice, she didn’t even notice. Spent $200 for 2 people and left hungry.

Really bad food, never taste as real spanish food. If a person from Spain go there can be pretty disappointed all the way with that food. Never come back ever.
