This has to be the nastiest dirtiest sandwich shop I have EVER step foot in. It literally looks like they toss food in the air and never clean it. The customer service is absolutely terrible, some of the worst you'll ever experience. I'll never understand how people who clearly HATE providing good customer service end up getting these jobs. And the manager-- tall black guy, don't even get me started! Dear God, lend this man a dose of happiness because he absolutely hates his job and there's no hiding it. He doesn't smile, say hello, and 3/3 times I've been here (because my husband likes it), not once did he even raise his head to look at me. You're better off going literally anywhere else. I'll never, ever be back, obviously...

Wow I must say what a well ran establishment you guys have here. Meek was fantastic first time in he walked me through everything and I'm telling him how great he is , He said its from his bosses they made him this way. So thank you Jersey mikes you have a new local when I'm in town above & beyond customer service

I walked into this store and there were 3 workers there. One lady said, after a couple of minutes of me standing there, "What can I get for you?" I said, "Small, white, #7" she said what size? I said, "small." She said, "you mean mini?" I said, "yes." She said, "what kind of bread?" and then listed several options. I said, "white." Then she asked me, "what kind of sandwich?" I have been going to Jersey Mike's for years. I'm not sure if she didn't hear me. But when she was asking she was so rude. The sandwich only had 3 very thinly sliced pieces es of turkey. It was the worst experience I've had at any Jersey Mike's. It was really all in the attitude she had towards me and the lack of meat on the sandwich.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Especially for the GM, Carl Crayon!! He went far above and beyond and I am extremely grateful!! The food, quality, and service were all wonderful!!
Service was rude and insanely slow tonight. Waited 17 minutes for 3 subs, no customers ahead of me, one behind me, looking at me like he was equally confused by the pointless wait and sleep walking workers. Workers had zero fs and were rude when I asked how much longer..after waiting 15 minutes

Jersey mikes. On Las Vegas Blvd. and warm Springs always dirty. Dirty tables dirty sandwich counter. I love Jersey Mike's best sandwiches in town but won't eat there.

This restaurant needs to work on their cleanliness. It's very apparent from previous Yelp reviews that the owner/manager has not taken steps to rectify the previous complaints about receipts touching food, also other items such as the black sharpie touching some bacon as seen in the photos. Also a used dirty knife laying in some sort of sticky goo on the counter.

We dropped at 10am to grab sandwiches before heading to the airport. I wish I had gotten the name of the man that helped us. So welcoming and he made a great sandwich! He even wished us safe travels home! Very rarely do you get service like this anymore!
