I was greeted by an employee who was sweeping the floor. He told me "I'll be right with you". This was very appropriate. However, it went downhill from there.... Once he was done sweeping, he took off his gloves and ,WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, put another pair of gloves on. I ordered a sandwich on white bread. He pulled out a piece of bread that looked like someone sat on it. It was completely flat! I asked for a different loaf. He went to the back and came back saying all the bread back there looks like that. I told him that was not OK. He said " it is what it is... do you want rosemary bread? It's just like white with some stuff on it..." His coworker then went to the back of the store and brought out a normal looking loaf of white bread. Then the first guy proceeded to make my sandwich. I asked for light mayo, which translated into three blobs of mayo being squeezed out of the squeeze bottle. I had to ask for him to spread it on the bread. He reached out for a tool that was sitting inside of the hot pepper container. He only cleaned it after I asked him to clean it....Very disappointing experience! Employees so obviously don't care. The store was not very well taken care of. Even though it was not busy, the napkin dispenser was empty and the area around the drink fountain was a mess.We eat at Jersey Mike's a lot, but at different locations. This location is by far the worst!

I am a regular here, but it has been extremely slow these days. I usually order 20-25 minutes in advance (during off-peak hours), but it is still not ready on time. Should I order 40 minutes ahead? They need to hire more staff. The staff used to be friendly, but not anymore.

The staff here is great! Jackson Robbie and Patrick are outstanding. They made my day. My wife had surgery and I have had some rough times and they brightened up my day with there abilities to make me smile. They were great. Thank you all. You are great young men.

Demetrius made my sandwich and it was clear that the culture that they’ve built at this location comes from the top down. Amazing job!

This place has the nastiest attitude of people I've been seen. This is my first time coming here and so I'm usually at subway and so I was a little confused how things worked he asked me if I wanted hot chicken and I said yes I couldn't hear him clearly so I thought he said do you want it spicy. I thought he meant the sub so I said no it was a simple miscommunication all I was trying to do was order and he had the nastiest attitude and rolled his fucking eyes at me. Just because you are miserable with your own damn life doesn't mean you have to have an attitude cause you have customers won't be back

yeah this spot is pretty garbage now and dis organized. looks like the manager isnt doing their job or need to do some train up on speed and efficiency for the workers here. Edit: I got the big kahuna steak on rosemary bread and my girlfriend got the original on white. My sandwich was completely soaked and soggy after waiting 10 minutes for the sandwich. My girls bread was stale and hard like the bread had been sitting out for a day or 2.

This is only my second time here but 2x in one week! The food is delicious but this location and the workers are GHETTTOOOO oh my lordy. Its like a bunch of high schoolers working. The manager i guess she was the manager is so damn loud and both times she was sitting on her ass just chatting it up with her friend. They were this time talking about how they hate kids as a young boy who was obviously mentally handicapped left. RUDE!! The two young black males working at the counter clearly couldn't take directions as they got all the orders incorrect before me, and yet the "manager" sat gossiping... all in all food good service BIG FAT ZERO. I mean seriously it was terrible i left with a headache and a really bad dislike for the people here and this location i dont think ill be back here EVER AGAIN But i must say the first night i came which was friday the 16 at about 830pm the male helping up was amazing ! He gave us a discount for being our first time and he talked with us explaining the menu and what his recommendations were. I was hoping he was there again today i wish i had his name bc he is the only reason this location gets 2 stars

This location has gone downhill in a big way. Ordered today and bread was old/hard/stale. In addition, it appears they have cut back dramatically on amount of meat? Very disappointing and will not be back. Time to find another go to sub shop..

Ordered online for delivery today. A large #12 & #13. First the tomatoes were on the wrong one (no big deal) THEN the bread was old. It was crumbling and crusty so much I was coughing up slivers. Normally I loved Jersey Mike's when we lived in California. However, I won't be ordering again from JM's in Vegas.

I'm very disappointed in this location. I love Jersey Mike's, but will not be returning to this location. The lettuce is frozen and old. And I was waiting extra long because a large online order was being prepared before mine as I was there ordering in person.
