Very disappointed, ordered online, as the drive is far and I am on my lunch break. Got there and my sandwich was never made, the manager didn't even apologize or address me! They asked if I still wanted the sandwich? Are you serious? I just drove far...yes, I want my lunch. I even tipped them online. I am not mad that it wasn't made, I am mad that you didn't even apologize or offer anything.

Super Pleased to receive FRESH bread to hold the sub contents! ?... isn't that also a big part of the sub/Jersey Mike's experience ?☺️. For the most-most part, spot on with online order details (for pickup) ?. Ready when scheduled and a pleasant/kind, well trained staff. ? I believe this produced a low-tense atmosphere while customers waited to [quickly] be serviced. Good management Does matter!! ?? This is my preferred location when it comes to Jersey Mike's ?

Every time I order for delivery the sandwiches are terrible. Hardly any meat cut wrong put together wrong.. When I pick them up, they're great.

Drove back because first sun had mayo on it when requested no mayo. Got back home and it seems someone spilled the oregano on the other sub lol. Nice staff but missed the mark today

It pains me to give this place 3 stars because for as long as we’ve gone here it’s been a 5 star place. I’m not sure if they’ve hired someone new who hasn’t been trained properly or something but this past week we’ve ordered from here twice (once on UberEats and then tonight on the app for in store pick up) and both times the sandwiches have all been made incorrectly. None of the sandwiches have been made with the “Mikes Way” toppings, even though it’s specifically asked for. When asked to not include specific ingredients (tomatoes, in one instance), it’s still added. They’ve also added random ingredients that haven’t even been requested (avocado). Drinks that were ordered were missing both times. The sandwiches aren’t being cut in half, which is minor but in conjunction with all these other repeated mistakes it makes it seem like laziness may be to blame here.This has always been the Jersey Mikes that we’ve gone to and the owner seems to actually care what the customers say on here, so I really don’t want to have to go to a different location. Hopefully these issues can be addressed, I feel like they’re pretty minor fixes.

I pulled up at 8:45 and walked in. All the food and toppings were cleaned and gone. Closing says 9pm. That should mean they serve until 9pm. Very inconvenient.

I've been going to this Jersey Mike's on Cheyenne since they opened. I am a celiac and appreciate them carrying gluten free buns. Every visit has always been amazing. Thursday, October 26, 2023, around dinner time, I went to this location and ordered 3 sandwiches. I ordered a Chicken Kahuna on a gluten free bun, a stickball and a Mikes famous Philly, both on white. I tipped the staff $7.00 for their trouble of having to make my sandwich gluten free. The employee gave me the stick ball, and proceeded to prepare the 2 hot sandwiches. There was another couple waiting for sandwiches as well. One of the employee's behind the counter brought 2 sandwiches to the front counter and called out what the sandwiches were. The couple went to the front to get the sandwiches. The employee behind the counter stated one of the sandwiches was gluten free. I stepped up and said I had the gluten free sandwich. The employee proceeded to give me the two sandwiches that had been prepared. I took the three sandwiches and went home. My family and I sat down to eat. The stick ball was made right. The Mikes famous Philly was right. My chicken kahuna on gluten free bread was totally wrong. It was a steak kahuna on a cheesy type of bread. Definitely not gluten free. My husband took the sandwich back to Jersey Mikes and explained that it was made incorrectly. He showed them the sandwich. One of the employees said he made the sandwich and that it was made gluten free. It was not! I'm guessing the employee mixed up my sandwich with the other couple's sandwiches. My husband asked them to make another Kahuna chicken on a gluten free bun. They remade the sandwich gave it to my husband. He didn't check the sandwich. He brought it home and it was on a gluten free bun, but was a Kahuna steak. My husband specifically said to make it a chicken kahuna on gluten free bread. I understand mistakes happen. But it was the way he was treated. We will not be returning to this Jersey Mike's.

Their Customer service sucks. I went in today On Tuesday October 24th, around 5 pm. 2 guys were working and a girl. The guy that was helping us was giving us attitude and he was being disrespectful. And when i told the guy that was ringing us up he was arguing with me talking about what did my coworker do. Like boy if I'm telling you that i felt disrespected then i felt disrespected. First of all, i used to work at Jersey Mikes, they don't have their scale out, he put a little bit of meat on my sandwich and i asked him to add more. He grabbed a cup thinking i was asking him for a drink and i was like I didn't ask you for a drink, then he threw it on the floor. Like wtf is that shit? Is that what you call customer service? And please if the owner sees this check your cameras i don't want you to think I'm lying or something and that's exactly why i put the date and the time for you to check it. The girl was nice she didn't do anything but the other two guys were being disrespectful. Never coming back here again and i'll make sure to let my friends know not to go there. What a fucking experience.

Sorry I forgot to drop a review. So I placed an online order. My wife picked it up and placed it in the fridge. Cool. I work graveyard. So I get my sandwich out the fridge and go to work. Get my break and am ready for another great jersey mikes sandwich. Totally wrong sandwich. Tried to salvage some of my break. Next morning drove over to the store with the wrong sandwich and showed them what I ordered on the app. They immediately apologized and upgraded my sandwich to a giant and really piled on the meat and cheese. So for the next two nights I had a great sandwich. Now that is customer service. These guys had slip in service and fixed it. For that I give them points.
