Placed an order online for pickup at 12:20 because I have a limited lunch break and planned ahead. Arrived at the store at 12:20 it is now 12:42 and the order is not ready and i was told it would “be a minute”. Do not have a mobile order option if it will take longer than waiting in line. I now have to return to work late because of you people.didn’t get my food until 12:48. Cashier avoided making eye contact with me the entire time. I have never seen such an inefficient staff in my life.

Unfortunately I had to delete my great review from a few days ago because of my bad experience, Wednesday, April 17, 2024. Multiple visits including this one, a female employee lacked customer service, and a male employee who has made or handed me my sandwich lacked customer service specifically with me. Also yesterday's comp sandwich had clear liquid dripping out of it. My phone was dead, so I could not video tape it or take a picture of it. The flavor of the sandwich still tasted the way it should. I saw a male employee come from a different room/area and put gloves on, and start preparing food. I don't know if he washed his hands. I saw another male employee go from the register, to the back, climb a latter, then return to the register. I don't know if he washed his hands. He gave me a dirty look, twice. That same worker then had small talk, smiled, offered me a larger cup for ice that I politely declined. But as I sat and ate, I overheard him tell another employee, "Girl. Why you acting like Mariah Carey but you homeless." Fortunately I know who I am at all times! I was dressed very neatly and carrying a large gym bag. I left a big beautiful house in a gorgeous Summerlin neighborhood, that was a bad living situation, and yesterday was day three of being unsheltered. The level of inhumanity that many people showed was saddening, sickening, and disturbing. I'm so thankful I'm not like any of the hateful people I encountered.

Overall, Jersey Mikes does a great job as a franchise, it's always consistent. However, this particular store goes above and beyond. They are fast, friendly and pay attention to your requests. I had to call in to edit an online order today and the associate on the phone stood out by giving great customer service. I'm happy to live near this location.

My sister and her husband and I went to Jersey Mike's on Flamingo and 215 yesterday (Dec 19, 2023). We walked in to order but couldn't hear over the barking dog that was inside without a leash and no service vest. The manager was over talking to the pet owner and petting the dog. The lady who made our sandwiches needed help at the register so the manager/supervisor came to ring us up. She did not even wash her hands so I grabbed our sandwiches so she wouldn't touch them. I love dogs but I know for a fact it is against Clark county health code regulations to have a dog inside a food establishment with the exception being a service animal which this was not!!I did report it to the health department! NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Do not order using the app. Apparently the employees don't read. Three time in a row now they cannot make my sandwich. Today was the kicker. Wheat bread, jalapeños, pickles on the side, light lettuce. I get white bread, extra lettuce, no jalapeños and no pickles. I do like Jersey Mike's but this store is more aggravation thank the parking lot.
