I started coming here a few weeks ago and when I say the service has been amazing on EVERY occasion! Janae is one of the best I've ever received service from! I DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!My sandwich was a mess and the bread was soggy by the time it got to me. The tuna was all over the outside of the bread and the veggies i added on them were just tossed around in the sandwich. I will never order from here again. I still ate it because i paid for it... ever again

I love the new location on Charleston near Rancho. Staff were wonderful! They greeted me enthusiastically when I arrived. I had the best Turkey Avocado Bacon Giant Sub...EVER! Ingredients were very fresh. I recommend THIS location highly. KUDOS!!!

I have to give a huge shout out to Jerome and Destiny! Service is impeccable, food is prepared perfect every time they are on! I had a sandwich prepared wrong with peppers on it and I couldn’t eat it the day before. I am beyond impressed with how they run that store while I wait for my sandwich! The owners are very lucky to have them! Keep up the good work and I will be back soon!

Ridiculous!! I’ve eaten at other Jersey Mike’s locations and never had a complaint, but this new location skimps on the meat so much that I paid $18 for a large turkey sandwich to share with my husband it it was all bread and just a thin layer of meat. We will not be back.

fast friendly service with a smile. I notice many of the customers kid around with the staff everyone ends up laughing... you can tell they really take pride in their work and love their customers... I drive past 2 Jersey Mike's to come to this location. This is also one of the cleanest fast food restaurants in the city! Keep doing what you are doing!!!
My family and I ordered from here for our Super Bowl gathering and they made it so easy we will probably do it again next year. Walked in and it was ready at the exact time we asked and they were super friendly. Courtney greeted us and she was fantastic.

Food is ok but they don't explain anything to you they just think that you already know how the sandwiches come, they didn't say they use oil and vinegar and I have a weak stomach, once I asked them to remake it for me they told me to go to the back of the line. So I said fukk u and I left, went to Quiznos where I always get treated with respect.

Today, was my birthday and after a trip of a various flight delays, I drove 35 minutes to THIS location for my staples a Big Kahuna #56 and Club #8 with “Everything, Everything “. Shout out to the Manager Kourtney! She is always upbeat and moving with speed and a smile. Today Kourtney, Destiny, and Sean (The spelling could be wrong for ALL staff) helped me and the team effort was impeccable. I love going to an establishment where everyone is in sync. It matters in the service the patrons receive and I am thankful! Y’all didn’t need this “essay” of a review however, they deserved EVERY word.Thank you! And to Corporate or the owner of this fine establishment, GIVE THEM A RAISE!
