DONT BELIEVE THE APPCalled in a delivery order at 12:02. According to the app the order left the store at 12:15. The app also said the order had been delivered. It was not. As of 1:30 the order still had not been delivered. I called to check and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. Tried to call back multiple times, got no answer. When I finally did speak to someone. 'Yes we see your order' 'do you want us to remake it and deliver?' Unsatisfactory!!

Customer service was excellent, got my food in a timely manner, and enjoyed it thoroughly. Everything seemed clean and in proper order. Would visit again.Wheelchair accessibility: I noticed extra accommodations for wheelchair accessibility and friendliness.

I had place an order for my team more than hours in advance. We go get the food turns out they have system issue any orders place before “4pm” they didn’t receive it. They were advise the ordered was placed before noon on 1/25/2024 they refused to help. They had their doors closed after everything has been charged on my account. And they do not pick up the phone. Horrible service I need the general Manager to contact me. Extremely unprofessional

Placed to go order and the app charged me for the food including tip. I never got my food and when I called the person on the other side of the phone said sorry it does that sometimes. You order wasn’t placed, you need to do it again. They said that the charge will “eventually” fall off but I have to order it again if I want my food.Poor service bad app! Fix you system!

i went there the other day and the manager is so rude!!! her name is Lovely! and it's very unprofessional the way she talk! i forgot to tell her to add extra tuna on my sandwich and she just straight asshole! and i don't mind paying extra but she keep giving me an attitude just because i forgot to tell the cashier to add extra tuna. i will never go back there!

Great customer service. I called over the phone to order sandwiches for catering .They discus all the options with me. Told me which sandwiches can be mixed and match. I decided for 18 sandwiches, I took 3 of each, they also went one step further and made vegan sandwiches for us . Btw they tuna salad sandwiches and veggies sandwiches are not vegan. I asked them to remove cheese from those and make it vegan. Tuna salad sandwich is made with Mayo (also not vegan). Order was ready in 30 minutes and I just picked up.They were super nice and register and I didn't wait any longer

They messed up our order yesterday. I paid $2 for cheese on my sandwich and they forgot it. My wife's sub was supposed to have oil and vinegar dressing, they forgot that also. I called and they offered to remake our order and deliver it. I declined and they set up a $7 credit to my phone number. So since I already paid $2 for the cheese they really offered a $5 credit. Pretty lame since they offered to remake our $30 plus dollar order.

I love Jimmy Johns BUT it seems like they do not know how to follow orders at all. They messed up on all 3 of my sandwiches that was pre-ordered online for pickup. Nothing was written on the sandwich wrap so we were unable to distinguish which sandwich belonged to who. We had to annoyingly open the sandwich to tell. And that's when it was discovered how messed up each sandwich was. I was so upset with the order that i had to call them. I normally would always brush it to the side but come on.. how do you mess up on all 3!! What we asked for is not that hard either. But the reasoning for 2 stars is because i spoke with a fellow name Dalton on the phone. He was able to credit the order for me onto my account and was apologetic with me. Best believe i better see that credit, i paid for 3 screwed up sandwiches. UPDATE; will be needing to reach out to them because i DID NOT receive my credit.

Took a long time to make the order and asked for Mustard and no mayo yet got no mustard and tons of mayo. The sandwich tasted like a mayo sandwich. So Gross and no flavor. Definitely don't recommend. Yuck!
