The absolute WORST Jimmy John's location we have ever dealt with. Tonight, after waiting an hour, I called to inquire about our order several times, and the line was busy. At their closing time, I received a notification that PART of our money was refunded.

What an amazing experience! Not only was the food absolutely perfection, not only did it hit the spot completely, Austin (the owner of the restaurant) was the most kind and accommodating host! He took SUCH great care of us! He was so cheery and happy, and he treated us like royalty. He was excited about the new food they are offering, and when we considered what to order, he went out of his way to accommodate us and make it happen. He really made our day! He and his staff were so sweet, they even gave us a free cookie for our baby. What a stellar Jimmy John’s!!

Every time I come the Craig Rd location, the staff is courteous, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what they’re feeding you. I don’t know if this is training, a great manager, or you got lucky finding decent employees, but they always make us happy. Tip these guys well❤️Dietary restrictions: The “unwitch” option makes my day because I can’t eat bread. My kids love the bread here though, and they’re PICKY little boogers.Parking: Plenty of parking-strip mall

Asked for no sauce or condiments on my sandwich. Asked at the end if there was no sauce or condiments was told it doesn’t come with sauce. Got to the car it was covered in sauce. Went in ask them to remake sandwich the manager made multiple excuses as to why there was sauce /condiments on my sandwich. Literally told the lady what I wanted came home and there was still condiments on my sandwich . This establishment doesn’t seem to care about the wants or needs of the customer. Make excuses and horses around when it comes to service as well doesn’t take responsibility for mistakes.

There was a lot of hype about the quality of the sandwiches. I was expecting it to be better than most, but it was average. Still anything is better than Subway. The employees were anxious to help.

Recently, I went to this Jimmy John's sandwich shop on West Craig Road, North Las Vegas. I ordered the roast beef sandwich and it was horrible. I never tasted shoe leather before, but the roast beef that I was served could very well pass for shoe leather. Also, the workers on duty at the time didn't appear to be welcoming at all; sort of like they were all doing jail time. I never will go back to that restaurant again, nor to any other Jimmy John's sandwich shop.

I have visited Jimmy Johns an awful lot over the years and I have come here twice with mixed results. However, today's was absolutely the worst. I entered the store. Nobody greeted me. After about five minutes, informed me that they had no bread, and that it would be an extended wait for it to be done and to cool. Best drive to the Cheyenne location, hopefully not owned by the same person, but highly likely in vegas

Ordered lunch for myself and a friend, I ordered a veggie sandwich with extra lettuce. My friend picked up the food and brought it to my house. There was literally just a sprinkle of lettuce and it was brown and soggy. Absolutely disgusting! Why would anybody put stuff like that on a sandwich on purpose??? Whomever prepared the sandwich obviously did not care about their job or their customers… very disappointing!

Terrible service. Waited in line for 25 minutes, cashier could not figure out how to place an order. He/she was lacking greatly in intelligence. We saw at least 3 people leave due to the wait. Order was wrong. Music being played in restaurant was racist. Just a bad experience! Just not my type of place to eat. I will find a different sandwich shop from now on.

I have been going there for years. The last time we got sandwiches they were a joke. No meat no nothing. We will never be back. Horrible.

The employees are always very polite, only they seem to always be left in a struggle. I moved the area over a year ago and out of the handful of times I’ve been to this location every single time there’s been some type of operational problem that is out of any employees hands. There was a few months where their Apple Pay didn’t work in the drive-through and they would ask you to come inside. Of the times I have been able to use the drive-through it’s taking nearly 20 or 30 minutes with one or two cars ahead. Yesterday they were out of bread and we’re only serving lettuce wraps, your whole business is revolved around bread… This location’s owner could use some TLC from a corporate trainer.
