Perfect comfort food for a chilly day. Our waiter was right there whenever we needed something. Plenty of vegan options. Tried the impossible bun, flying harvest vegan ramen and curry nikuman. Would definitely come back.

Tons of Vegan options, great service. I had the edamame and Spicy Vegan Ramen. Delicious! Exterior of restaurant a bit uninviting (don’t miss the front door) but other than that I would definitely recommend the Jinya.Vegetarian options: Large Vegas selection

My most visited ramen shop and my favorite of theirs is the Tonkotsu Black. Been all theee locations in town but the one in Flamingo i frequently visit.

Place is a hidden little Gem on Flamingo. It's an older building/location and the Decor is a bit different than their other locations.Service is always attentive. Lots of vegan options. However, they no longer have the veggie soup ramen broth leaving nothing but heavier creamier vegan options :( The food is always consistently prepared as ordered though. I always order the vegetable broth ramen with kale noodles... and add a ton of vegetable toppings. Since it isn't an option at this location anymore, we likely won't frequent this location as often. They also have some great apps and a happy hour on beer, wine, and sake. Definitely worth checking out.

Great place to go! I like it when the place is not empty but not too crowded either. The prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes.Everything was branded (plates, chopsticks, even the tables!!!)We ordered Jinya Original pork ramen and Takoyaki octopus balls, everything was delicious!!! We didn’t manage to finish our ramens. I will try their sushi next time for sure.Expect to spend somewhere around $20-30 per person, plus tip.
