Very bad! First mistake; got it to go. Ordered 2 deluxe spicy chicken sandwiches. Got home; neither one had anything on them. No lettuce, tomato, pickles, nothing, but I paid for it though. The fries were soggy and cold and must have been made several hours before I ordered them. They charge a lot of money, but could care less about quality of the product they give you. Don’t waste your money here. Go to Chik-fil-A or Raising Canes, but don’t throw your money away at this place. I’ll never go there again.Mike T., Las Vegas

I wanna give it a 5 yet the grilled pineapple was a let down. I have no complaints other than that. Fries were fresh and krispy as the chicken was the bakon was good now that i think about it the sauce and the pineapple togther was what had me a lil discombombulated

Got home, and part of my order was missing. After a 25-minute wait . Ordered online and had to wait in the drive-through to talk to someone because the doors were locked at 8:30 pm. Seven team members were inside, and no one would answer the door. Was told to park in a numbered spot, and it was full. This was a disappointing mess. I will not be back.

After I got a drink, I advised JC, which I guess was the manager, about one of the fountain drinks watered down. Her response was rude and not forgiving, and she went about her business. I'm hoping someone higher up would address this and honestly wasn't busy at all
