Literally one of the best Hawaiian restaurants I have ever been to. When you see that many locals ordering, you know it's going to be good. Had the pancake breakfast and it was amazing! Got both ube and coconut sauce. Also the signature drink, lihing mui lemonade was the best! The wait was totally worth it all. Also make sure to get that fried musubi!

You got me Loco for that Loco-Moco!!! I had the pleasure of visiting @kapunacafelv and what a treat! I felt the aloha in every bite! Kapuna means the spring - new blessings, and that's exactly what their food did to my mouth! From the garlic shrimp to the mochi pancakes with Ube Sauce, to the Korean fried chicken! But the highlight for me was the fried spam musubi! They have a secret recipe house sauce on it that is amazing! Everything is made fresh daily and even the coconuts used to make their sauce are flown in from Hawaii!! And to top it off the owner was so sweet and made me instantly feel like family!!

My husband and I stopped by for dessert because they have the BEST cakes! We normally get the Guava Chiffon but they didn't have any today so we ordered the Lilikoi and Haupia and they were so delicious!

Food: Mochi pancakes, ube and cream puffs are delicious. Bbq chicken and kalbi are okay, nothing that stands out to their competitors. Service: Disappointing, nobody attends to me while waiting inside for over 10 minutes plus I had to wait for the food for 40 minutes even if I already called the order on the phone prior to coming to their place. I would probably go back to this place just to support local businesses but I am hoping that they will improve.

The hamburger steak is DA BOMB! But I’ve been calling them for a couple of weeks and no answer. Are they still in business?!

A must have! I was in town for the weekend with my family and had to stop at Kapuna before we went back home. I love mochi anything, so the first time I saw Mochi pancakes on the menu, I quickly added Kapuna to my Yelp Vegas collection. I love all Island food eats as well. There's something for everyone on the menu. Savory, sweet, breakfast, cakes, rice, noodle soup, musubi, etc. Of course I ordered the Mochi pancakes. So fluffy and chewy (as mochi should be), nice crispy, buttery exterior. I'm salivating just thinking about having them again. In addition to the pancakes, we ordered spam musubi, loco moco, aloha breakfast, bbq chicken plate, and the house saimin. All hot and hella tasty. Good size servings. Friendly service. Clean establishment. Small indoor seating but there is plenty of outdoor seating available as well. Pro Tip: order ahead. This is a small mom & pop cafe. Food is made to order and takes quite a bit of time to fulfill. You can call in an order for take out or dine in.

I was very pleased with our catering order on 08/07. Our guests really enjoyed the food. We ordered, baked salmon, teri beef, fried noodles, spam musubi, garlic shrimp, korean chicken, steamed rice, custard butter mochi and chantilly cake.

Their hours of operation is just like their mac salad never CONSISTENT. Open when they wanna open, it’s kinda frustrating! Never seen a business that doesn’t like working for money! Food is good except their Mac salad!

Place seems like it's always closed, no one ever answers the phone, today is Wednesday, no answer again all day. Food is good, takes forever to receive your food though. I know their pastele comes from a man that makes it in his home, so no certified kitchen. Pickle mango also from a guy who makes it at home, but it's hella good mango.

Great Hawaiian food and atmosphere! Lived in Hawaiia for over 7 years over 10 years ago. This place took me back! Had meat jun, pork hash and a side of Portuguese sausage. The food was AWESOME! The service was GREAT! Left there with a full belly and a near full wallet as prices weren't over inflated as most places in the Las Vegas area. I'll definitely visit again upon my next visit to the area!
