I wanted to get on here and give my review about the incident I had at this KFC location I am a driver for Ubereats and I can’t believe the manners of the staff and the black heavy set lady Manager at this location. When you first walk in there is no one at the register they will make you wait over 5 to 10 minutes to even get acknowledged you .When I yelled out and said Hello!!! I asked the manager is anyone going to come and assist me with this pick up order and she said we are shorthanded will be with you. We don’t know what time will be with you, later and I told her this is not good customer service. The manager stepped away and went to the back and left me there and I asked again. I waited another five more minutes and I said this is very ridiculous. This should not be like this and at this point me and her had a big disagreement and she said I have nothing for you And I heard when she went to the back and said oh I’m just only a driver not even a customer. So wrong for her to speak like this about me not being the customer but my customer is paying for this order in this place so she should respect every customer even if I’m not the customer but I’m there to pick up for my customer. So she did not give me any food because of our disagreements and I want to believing I was very upset and hurt that she would be acting in this manner .I immediately reported this to Uber eats support and I have also reported this to KFC headquarters. This lady should be fired and the whole staff needs customer service training . I don’t recommend anyone buying from this location if you could drive a little more somewhere else I’m a different location it’s “Terrible. Another thing I have to say what gets me is that they cater more to the drive-through window what happens inside the restaurant they could care less what happens in the restaurant it could fall apart for all they care and take care of the people in the drive-through that’s all that matters. Well, it’s wrong. So once again, I would never step foot in this place anymore not even for me to buy food or even to pick up an order for a customer in my opinion I think they should close the place down. from looking at the other reviews on this Google, it shows what kind of place it is so if I were you beware of this KFC you will have a terrible experience and won’t be hungry anymore after dealing with that psycho manager and lazy staff ?

Avoid this place! Spent time in the drive-thru and ordered the 16 piece advertised for $29.99. The attendant confirmed $32 (and change) as the total including tax. As we arrived at the window, the attendant said the promotion expired and the price was now $39 for the order. I asked to get a manager able to override the register based upon the signage. The attendant said there was nothing they could do about it since they didn’t have a way to remove the sign. I then canceled my order.

You only get one small side and a small biscuit and drink with the "combo meal" that costs $10 !! The biscuit was hard and the chicken wasn't great. Been a long time since I've stopped at any KFC and it will be a long time if I ever eat KFC anywhere ever again.

Ordered EXTRA CRISPY 8:28 pm on a Saturday night via Grubhub delivery- received emaciated soggy ORIGINAL recipe. Contacted Grunhub. Re-ordered EXTRA CRISPY. Driver told no thighs… only breasts … I advised fine as long as it was EXTRA CRISPY and NOT ORIGINAL recipe. I get a bucket of ice cold ORIGINAL RECIPE. Called store and was told “we weren’t selling enough extra crispy after 8pm… so we are only selling original right now” ???!!!!! WHAT??!!!! You are open until 11pm …. And you refuse to offer over half of your menu items??!!! COME ON MANAGEMENT…. Are you monitoring your stores??!!!!

Wanted to give this location a try again after not giving them my business for 2 years. I received horrible customer service from a older African American man, wearing glasses. Worker was extremely rude when I requested for thighs and legs. More importantly, he laughed when he gave me my food. I was concerned that he might have contaminated my food. This just confirms why everyone should avoid this location!

Someone should teach the guy taking orders about the menu. I tried to order a 3pc white meat combo. He told me they didn't have such a thing and would have to charge me extra and kept asking me how many breasts I wanted. An extra $2.00 per breast. I told him the combo was available online ($9.99) and he just insisted they could not do it. I left. The robot take over can't happen fast enough.

Salty food. No forks or sauces included. How am I supposed to eat the mashed potato's. With a straw? And the price for a meal with 3 pc tenders is $20. What a waste and service sucks. Better off going somewhere else.

I am DONE with this location and maybe KFC altogether. Today I tried i last time to get a meal. I ordered the 5 piece tenders box with mashed potatoes and the 4 piece chicken box with mashed potatoes. I got two boxes, both with 2 tenders each, one mashed potatoes and other with French fries. This is at least the 4th time my order has been completely wrong if I didn't live 10 miles away I'd be on my way back. The fucked up order cost me $22!! Probably close to twice what it should be for what I actually got Two other times I went they were OUT OF CHICKEN My advice go to Churches Chicken or any other place.

They had nothing my boy wanted to eat. They used to have this one particular sauce he likes, but this location was out of the sauce 2 nights in a row. I don't believe the sauce was ever a limited time product because I still see it advertised in commercials. The drive thru staff was also very unpleasant and I felt like she really hated her job. It was sad to see.
