OMG! I ordered extra crispy when I meant to order original. I realized it was not original as I was eating it. I called because the receipt didn't specify what was ordered. When I found out I was mistaken, they still offered to give me what I wanted even when I declined since it was my fault. But the manager insisted saying she didn't want me not to eat something I didn't like. I was blown away at the customer service. KFC has come a long way and since it's changed it's recipe I have been enjoying it again. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my day!

I'm not sure what happened, but I received a personal Mac and cheese, and it had something that smelled burnt inside. I ended up tossing it out without bothering to return. The location wasn't busy, and the size of the bowl would have made this easy to spot. Very disappointing...

We ordered a bucket of extra crispy chicken. The chicken was extra crispy, the service was great. Far better experience than other fast food restaurants in the area. New and fresh decor was great too. The service was the best part of the experiece. Wish I got the name of the guy who got our order. He was very friendly and professional, we appreciated him making sure we got everything we needed for our meal.
Our food was hot ready and freaky fast in less than 3 minutes + we got gas Nextdoor and back on the freeway in less than 20 minutes in Vegas has to be a record!

Ill start by saying that i absolutely LOVE KFC since i was a child. Very disappointed on my last visit a few days ago. I was lazy so it was a "drive thru in your PJ's" type of night. No line - yay!!! But no... 10 minutes AT THE SPEAKER before my order was even taken. I could also hear faint and loud laughing & talking through speaker - i could not make out everything being said but i did hear swearing and random words. Upon completing my order he asked me several times how id be paying for my order (ex: cash or credit) i said cash. He said "great". I then requested he repeat my order back to me which he does and proceeds to ask me again if im sure im paying cash. I said YES!!!!! Ugh!!!! Caught myself getting too heated and backed down. Got to the pickup window, gentleman asked me for the cash, he took it quick and my order was given to me within a few minutes.felt like i was being hurried and rushed to go. I then asked for my receipt. He then told me i dont need it just call if i have any complaints. Weird. Very weird - I'll leave it at that. My order was completely wrong, i should known better andWorker wouldn't give me a receipt either. Wont be returning in the future. Got stuck eating extra crispy when i clearly asked for original AND i was missing 2 sides. Ordered the 8 piece bucket of chicken ORIGINAL special with 4 sides at a price of $20. Got 6 extra crispy chicken, mash, & corn. I guess forgot to check my order wanting yo just get out of there so thats my fault, i guess.
