Drive thru speaker doesn't work, workers were rude, and waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru lane for less than average food and missing items, disappointing for a kfc.

Waited 5 minutes at the cashier to get my order taken. Loser in the back can barely count to 5 ordered a number 9 big box, one nugget short and no fries whatsoever. Fire this dude or drug test the dude. And has 0 communication skills. This isn't the first time either ever since he started working there he messed up every single order I've had. He's a problem and needs to get fired. Never coming back.

This place has gone way downhill in the last couple of months. I was a regular customer, at least once a week.Service is lacking - I stood at least 8 minutes at the counter before even being acknowledged.Then it took over 30 minutes wait for 3 sandwiches after ordering. No apology given.Greedy attitude - no allowance for wanting a larger side, except to pay 5 dollars more on top of the $23 I was already charged for 3 sandwiches, only one having a side.

I'm definitely not returning to this location my order was wrong at two different times, the second time was the worst I was given the most incorrect order the workers never even apologized I had to drive all the way back from Henderson they need to communicate and do better.

Im visiting from az and my family wanted some KFC to bring home. Ordered a 16 peice meal and got no plates, no napkins, no butter, no honey and when my family went in to ask for said items they said they didn't have enough to give out and only gave them one or two butters for 8 biscuits, idk bout you but I need at least one butter and honey for a biscuit, when these items are requested, we should have to argue for the bare minimum that would make sense for our order, wasn't asking for like 20 forks or plates, really disappointed, food was fine tho just bad service

There should be someone doing quality assurance on the crew members at this location. The young man working the window has zero customer service skills and is unnecessarily rude. My order was incorrect and there is no one available to answer their phone to even allow a customer to voice their experience.

For whoever was in charge on 1/6/24 at @1230(not going to put name here). HORRIBLE customer service!!! They had only one car on the drive thru. While waiting for the car, the employee was just looking at the elderly person waiting to order instead of walking a few feet, taking the order. Then when after taking the order, I approached to place my order. He chose to walk away, and we picked up a water hose that was on the floor in the back. While walking back to take my order, the "Lead/MGMT" talked towards the wall, very unclear what he said. I stood waiting for him to take my order, and he asked me on a ruder way how he could help. I placed the order #7 with a large sweet tea. He put a small pepsi, I corrected him that was a large sweet tea. He said said that it was the same thing. I told him no is not because you don't have sweet tea available out by the soda machine. He said I don't have sweet tea at all. I told him to never mind and walk away. He has ZERO customer service. How is he part of management!???

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at this KFC location. While placing my order, the staff seemed disinterested and preoccupied with casual conversations, making it necessary for me to repeat my order three to four times. To add to the frustration, when I received my order, I discovered that only one out of the four items I ordered was processed. Subsequently, I had to go through the ordering process again. The overall attitude and service were lackluster, leaving me with a dissatisfying dining experience.

Just visited the location at noon on 12/23 ordered in the drive through and the young man in the drive through seemed like he didn't want to be there. Ask me to pull up, so I did no problem he then brings me my food and said VERY RUDELY didn't I tell you to pull around the building. But I'm not going to inconvenience myself to pull out into the street just to park in the parking lot! Someone needs to check that guy and put him into place, I chose to spend my money there, when there was other options. He needs to understand without customers he has no hours, no hours,no check, no check=no job get with it or get out. Im very beyond pissed with how I was treated and spoken too! Definitely the worst customer experience I've ever experienced!

The cashier named Jessica was completely rude. Went through the drive-through got my food looked in the box barely any chicken inside came inside the store to return it and Jessica was completely rude. And I don't understand why. She does not belong in the industry really bad attitude. I even called back to speak to the manager and she didn’t seem like she cared. Great customer service people great customer service. I will be filing complaint with corporate and what goes around comes around. Believe it
