Fan of kung fu tea but first location i've been to that dont give military discount. I've been to locations all over the country including all over texas, georgia and california and all of them grant discount for military. Weird because its located in a mall where a lot of shops are military friendly

Pass on this one. He doesn't take card without chips? That doesn't make sense.

Guy who took our order was nice, but be aware this may not taste like other king fu teas. Oolong Milk Tea tasted like sour milk. BE AWARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, unlike the one we go to in San Diego. Vibe we got was your sol. Trashed it as we walked away.

Found this spot since I was already shopping in the area. It was located up on the 2nd floor in the food court area, Decided to try the slush which was pretty good. Didn't have a long wait and was happy with the slush because of the heat it cooled me down. I actually ended up going here 2 more times to try the milk tea as well which was also delicious

This place isnt good. Ordered the winter melon milk tea with grass jelly and the staff there scooped up the bottom bits of the grass jelly into the cups which were a bit disgusting. I'm not even sure how grass jelly can have such a tough texture but definitely don't get that here. The only place that does it well is the one in Chinatown. Im not usually picky when it comes to this stuff but I just can't believe they sold these to customers. If it doesn't look right make a new batch for your customers.

First off, I am not a regular customer of Kung Fu Tea, I can count how many times I've been to one with one hand. I stopped at the Kung Fu Tea counter to order one of their top 10 drinks. I asked the man at the counter if the drink came with mango popping bubbles. Simple question so I thought. Apparently not, because he proceeded to answer with the rudest attitude that it comes with nothing!!!! Um ok, I told him "it was just a question, what's with the attitude?!?!??" Apparently he didn't like my question b/c he refused to serve us!! What a horrible experience!!!! He absolutely has no business working in the service industry and frankly should not be working at the counter!!!! RUDE!!!!

R U D E , rude rude! I have a 8 month old baby and kindly asked for a little hot water for the baby and they guy just screamed no and walked off. I tried to talk to him again and explained I would buy some tea as well and he just turned his back and said NO! I don't think I've had such a crappy experience.

The first impression was not good. Around 11 am, we boarded their opening. We were the eleventh and twelfth people in line, and we just waited for the time. We were left waiting outside until 11 a.m. arrived because none of the staff members came out to greet any visitors. There was no welcome greeting and no friendly contact with the customers until the first person in line approached and asked if we could all enter. The staff members were essentially simply hanging around waiting to be instructed what to do while we waited to get our drinks. The task delegation started as soon as we all started placing orders. Not because they were delayed, but because they weren't completing the orders in the order of importance, we had to wait around 15 minutes to obtain our drink. The first five persons whose orders were called out by number received them promptly, but everything else was all over the place. Although I don't really enjoy their drinks, I do think the service can and will get better.

I don't know what's up with the older man that works here. The first time I was here he was not friendly. I wrote it off as if he may have had a bad day. I was just there last week and he had the worst attitude. The tea was good but with an attitude like he has I won't be back.

This guy is so rude. The first time I came he put full Oreos in my Oreo Wow Milk, making it hard to get it through the straw. A few days later I came at 12:15 (45 minutes after they were supposed to be open) and nothing was set up and no one was there. He showed up right before my friend and I were about to leave. He rudely hurried me through my order and ended up getting it wrong. I’m used to KFT in Georgia and this was definitely below the standard.

Nice staff. Delicious milk tea. Tons of options. I love stopping here when I'm in town.
